Actor Kristoff St. John’s Russian fiancee Kseniya Mikhaleva says she was denied an emergency visa to attend the soap star’s upcoming funeral. Kristoff died of a suspected suicide at his home in San Fernando Valley on Feb. 3, at age 52.

The actor will be buried at Valley Oaks Memorial Park in Westlake Village, CA. next to his son, Julian, who committed suicide in 2014.

On Monday, the Russian model, who is based in Moscow, took to her Instagram page to reveal she wouldn’t be able to say goodbye to the actor after her visa was apparently denied.

“Several weeks ago I applied for an ’emergency’ visa for the funeral to say goodbye my fiance and beloved,” she wrote. “The reply from the Embassy was ‘No’. My heart is broken. I am going through this with a huge pain in my heart, and realize that I don’t have opportunity to say goodbye to him and put flowers on his grave.

“It is not right, not fair. Fly, my love, and finally find peace. Any person in my place would be torn into pieces. It’s scary, painful, and disgusting that I cannot be with my loved one and his family on his last journey to eternal peace. RIP @kristoffstjohn.”

Kseniya, who got engaged to Kristoff last September, expressed her deep sadness at her fiancé’s untimely passing.

“For a year, I was the happiest women on Earth. That changed in a second,” she wrote. “I still cannot believe that Kristoff is gone, so early, so unexpectedly, one month after our last meeting in Moscow. In the two years that we were together, he taught me so much – how to love and be loved, how to open the best in other people, how to help people, and simply how to be a good human being. We planned to get married; we had many plans in the future together. With him gone, I have no idea what to do.”

Kristoff’s autopsy was completed 2 weeks ago. No cause of death was given. A private memorial service was held for the actor’s friends and family but it is not known when his funeral will be held.
