I don’t do red carpets but I did get sucked into watching the show cause I love James Franco and Anne Hathaway.

I didn’t care who won or lost but then I never do. Still enjoyed it and thought everyone (that I saw come on stage) looked good.

For those who attend cycling classes or cycles for fun, what do you to lessen the pain you feel afterwards? And what can I do to ensure I don’t feel this pain going forward? Do I get used to the pain? My booty hurts something awful. Matter of fact, I’m almost certain I bruised my tail bone and chaffed my inner butt cheeks. Someone help me please!!!

I don think you can do anything but soak in the tub. But after 3 or 4 cycling classes, you butt gets use to it.

Yeah I stopped goin after about 5 classes. But a trainer was telling how many calories you burn, and its a lot(like over 1200 depending on who’s leading the class). But if you doin 15 miles, thats good.

@yvonne I spin 3x a week we don’t ride in the saddle much so my butt doesn’t get sore but u can buy a seat cushion
