Antonia Carter, 26, has a new reality TV series that’s set to debut on the BET Network this month. The show centers around her family, which includes her 12-year-old daughter, Reginae Carter, whose daddy is rappper Lil wayne.
Toya, as she is affectionately called, couldn’t get pregnant by fiance MempHitz to boost the show’s ratings, so she did the next best thing: she created a scandal on Twitter.com that is sure to draw curious viewers to her new show.
According to loyal reader, snootypooty, Toya, whose username on Twitter.com is @antoniacarter, took to her Twitter page and tweeted, “It breaks my heart to see kids under 18 Gay.”
Toya quickly deleted the tweet and apologized for giving her opinion, but not before her original tweet was retweeted by bisexual bloggers, @Necole Bitchie and @MissJia, both of whom have amassed huge followings on Twitter.com.
Toya’s tweet whipped up a storm of protests on Twitter.com, causing her daughter, Reginae, to come to mommy’s defense. Reginae tried to be diplomatic at first by explaining that everyone has their own opinions. She finally told her angry followers — most of whom are under 18 — to unfollow her because her mom comes first.
“I know my mother is a nice lady and she have opinions,” she wrote. “But she said she’s sorry. The ones that don’t believe her, she tried. Unfollow me, my mom comes first.”
What do you kids think? Was Toya wrong to voice her opinion about confused young men prancing around Lenox Mall in high heels carrying purses? Or should she have kept her opinions to herself?

I DEFINITELY don’t think the younger and younger ones were born that way. Think about it- years ago when you were in elem/middle school, how many little boys did you see walking around switching, popping their lips and all that other stuff? I saw MAYBE 1! MAYBE! And I still remember that ONE boy’s name. Same with the females- how many little girls did you see straight made to look like little men? I remember 2. And both of them were surrounded by male cousins/brothers their entire lives.
Now- I’ve seen a whole clan of little boys in dresses and lip gloss in middle school. It’s because the environment had changed. That’s what’s “in” now. It’s popular to do that sh*t. I’d like to think a sweeping majority of these kids are NOT gay, bi, or whatever the hell else- they’ve just been taught and have seen it so much in their environments, that now they have simply “become” a part of the culture.

That’s not how the rules day!”

I’ve NEVER fully closed out a game of Monopoly either. You just keep playing until everybody else get’s tired and quits- last person in the game wins. #VictoryByDefault

I think what she means is that she feels bad that kids under 18 has made a decision about their life that is SERIOUS- without giving themselves the adequate time to really process the decision or to have any real life experiences. .. but a lot of times, these kids have had life experiences that, in which they believe has steered them in that direction….like child abuse, ect.. she’s entitled to her opinion..just as they are entitled to live the way they see fit-
