In the “So what else is new” category, aging rapper Lil Kim went off on her arch rival Nicki Minaj on Twitter.com last night.
Kim, who hosted a party at Velvet Room on Sunday night in Atlanta, went on a sustained Twitter rant, calling Nicki all kinds of “cheap stocking cap glued $10 bag hair wig wearing bitch,” among other quotables.
I missed the excitement last night as I was fast asleep in my bed when it all went down. But apparently the whole thing started when one of Nicki’s Stans suggested that Kim name her new puppy after the cartoonish “Pink Friday” rapper.
“I would never name her “Shitty Garbaj”!!! My dog is way prettier than that bitch!!!,” an irate Kim tweeted back.

Ok, that is priceless(yet true)! I almost dropped my hot tea all over my desk and shirt. You all have the funniest comments. This is a slow work day so I am entertained thoroughly!
To Kabyeyou in regard to Drake and Wayne….
Yes Weezy is currently on tour and Drake is not a part of the headlining tour; HOWEVER, Drake has made many impromptu appearances.. one of which I saw with my own eyes. What I also saw was the level of RESPECT and ADMIRATION that Weezy and Drake have. Weezy gave Drake mad props during his set and even spoke about how Drake held it down while he was locked up. The reason that Drake is not headlining on the tour or hasn’t put out anything new is due to him currently working on a new album. FYI.. Birdman was at the same show along with Bun B, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Travis Barker and others ..it was all GOOD, no egos were in the way or beefs and it was the BEST show I’ve been out to in a while.
..sorry for the mini book, but I get tired of hearing all these made up beefs between artists. I seriously doubt that Drake would even be that disrespectful. SMH
Ty comment #82.. not true at all. Drake was very succesful underground with his mix tapes and all. Dude was everywhere WITHOUT a record deal; he was his best promotion. When Wayne signed him, Drake was already getting a lot of exposure which only increased after signing with YM.
So why did he sign a crappy deal with Wayne if other/better offers were on the table and he was so successful? Remember he just wanted to be successful. Nikki was underground also, but again no one was checking for her ass either until she started doing features. The big deals came afterwards. Drake was probably itching to be mainstream and when he got a deal, he didn’t care about the contract. Now he realizes they are pimping his ass.
I am not knocking underground artist. Thats where all the heat is right now. When they go mainstream, the flow gets watered down but they are more appealing to the….well lets just say they have cross over appeal. I can’t stand this Pop Rap shit
