Gabe Aubry has serious issues. This, according to Halle Berry, who is taking the Canadian underwear model back to court for losing his cool and assaulting her nanny.
Radaronline.com reports that Aubry hurled racial epithets and physically assaulted their daughter Nahla’s nanny last week. It seems that Aubry kept Nahla home from school for 2 days because he claimed she the 3-year-old was sick. But Aubry neglected to tell Nahla’s nanny, who went to the child’s private school looking for her.
“The nanny went to pick Nahla up at school and she wasn’t there, so she went to Gabriel’s home,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “Gabriel and the nanny got into an argument because no one alerted her that Nahla didn’t go to school.”
The source told RadarOnline.com Aubry allegedly called the nanny a racial slur, before things took a turn for the physical.
“She picked up Nahla to leave and Gabriel yelled at her and shoved her out the door so hard that she hit the wall — while she had Nahla in her arms!” the source alleges, adding that the nanny claims the abuse is ongoing.
According to Radaronline.com, the nanny is so distraught that she has turned in her resignation. Good for Halle for standing up for her people!

Why are people jumping down Halle’s back over something that happened when she wasn’t there? The nanny filed a police report, he’s being investigated for misdemeanor battery and child endangerment. I doubt he’s being set up, not in this way. I find it funny that people are quick to call her crazy but I don’t know anyone who’s actually spent time with her outside of Gabriel actually say the same.

When she was married to David Justice in ATL, her and her girls use to try to hang around town. Before she cut all of that out, word got out about how crazy she is and how she basically put David (also a dog) through the ringer. She was KNOWN in the ATL for having a crazy azz temper, being vindictive if she didn’t get her way and cutting off any girlfriend who didn’t side with her and her crazy ways. I met her once at Dugans and I swear to God, she had the biggest attitude. HOW the hell you going to come to Dugans and have an attitude b/c people are talking to you? this. i think there is some jealousy going on. as k-dub said previously, halle thought she was just getting a dumbazz dyck donor (a la madonna’s first baby daddy) but this man flipped the script on her. he WANTS to RAISE his daughter. she didn’t count on that.

Money talks or maybe it is just CA. I know here in VA it takes months just to have a CS hearing, but yet Halle get to saunter in and out of the courtroom every couple of months. She is going to have to realize if she wanted a sperm donor she should have went to a sperm bank. God forbid if this man is ever pictured with another woman while he is with Nahla. She would poop bricks and be right back in the courthouse.
After more thought I have a couple questions. How come Halle wasn’t called if Nahla wasn’t in school. I don’t know about daycare, but I know in public school they calling by 8:30 to report child is absent. If Nahla was absent, why didn’t the nanny call Gabe and simply ask what was going on and then go from there? Why didn’t Halle call Gabe to see what was going on, it is not the nanny’s job to be a referee. Her job is to take care of the child.

Halle Berry is going to court this AM, and she’ll ask a judge for an order prohibiting her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, from having ANY contact with 3-year-old Nahla until the child endangerment investigation against him is resolved.
As TMZ first reported, the LAPD is conducting a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation after Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny with Nahla in her arms. And before the alleged pushing, the nanny says Gabriel screamed at her and hurled a racial epithet. In addition, we’ve learned the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is also conducting a child endangerment investigation.
TMZ has learned more about what nanny Alliance Kamdem has told the cops. Law enforcement sources tell us … Kamdem claims Gabriel repeatedly yelled and cursed at her, often while Nahla was present. Kamdem also says it got so bad … Gabriel would make her sit in a corner in his condo until he called for her.
Kamdem also claims Gabriel often yelled at Nahla, causing the child to cower and cry. And she told police… when Nahla had a rash he refused to treat it.
Kamdem quit last week after Gabriel allegedly shoved her.
Gabriel’s rep tells TMZ, “Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate.”
As for Halle’s court appearance later this AM … we’ll be there.

i think he must have been turning over nahla to halle that afternoon (probably called her in sick that a.m.) so the nanny went to the school, who said she was absent, and then had to go to his house. i’ve had a few times where my mom picked up my daughter early and i forgot and went to pick her up. sounds like the nanny got out of pocket and tried to read him or something and he went off. dude must be miserable.
