Rapper Nicki Minaj is loving her life as a married woman and an expectant mother.
The “Starships” hitmaker married Kenneth Petty last year and, even though they’ve had their ups and downs, Nicki is very satisfied being married.
Nicki gushed over her husband during an interview with Lil Wayne on his “Young Money Radio with Lil Wayne” podcast on Apple Music on Friday.
She also seemed to confirm rumors she is pregnant with her and Kenny’s first child.
“I didn’t think it would be as refreshing and calming as it is,” she said. “Even if you’re not married, when you have someone that feels like your soulmate or someone who understands you, it just makes you feel like you’re on top of the world.”
The “Megatron” star’s fans speculated that she could be pregnant, as she concealed her belly in many scenes in her latest music video for the song “Trollz” with troubled rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine.
Last month (May20), fans asked Nicki outright if she was expecting a child, to which she quipped back: “The world ain’t ready yet.”
