Hollywood Socialite Angela Simmons, 24, was seen having lunch with a young man in Los Angeles, Friday. He’s not dressed like a thug so we know she’s not dating this guy. We also know from sources that Simmons has a hard time finding suitable dates because of potential suitors’ distaste for her ‘no intercourse, oral sex only’ rules.
