It probably wasn’t wise for Chris Brown to tweet photos of himself smoking weed just 4 months after he failed a drug test in Virginia. But Brown convinced a California judge that he had a prescription for medicinal cannabis for unspecified medical reasons. Brown, 23, faces a probation status hearing in November to determine whether he violated his probation by not completing his court-ordered community service in Virginia.
