Director and playwright Tyler Perry is the subject of a 3-part documentary titled “Maxine’s Monster: Surviving T. Perry.”
The documentary is set for release on November 28. There is also a “Surviving T. Perry” website that includes more information about the film.
Sandrarose.com received a promotional poster for the documentary, which features the names of “victims” superimposed over an empty director’s chair.
The names on the poster include actors Christian Keyes, Lance Gross and Alfonso Ribeiro.
Earlier this year, Alfonso Ribeiro set off alarm bells when he rejected Perry’s help to revive his stagnant career.
Ribeiro responded to a tweet: “I don’t need or ever want that man to do anything for me.”
Lance Gross played Calvin Payne on Tyler Perry’s House of Payne from 2007-2012.
On Monday night, YouTuber Storm Monroe dropped exclusive tea about the documentary and some of the people who will be interviewed, including actor Christian Keyes.
If you recall last year, Keyes exposed a Hollywood “billionaire” who offered him $100,000 and a truck for his silence.
The powerful man asked Keyes to take off his clothes. He didn’t want sex from the actor, he just wanted to see Keyes’s muscular body.
Keyes claims he refused the man’s advances, but an insider provided Storm Monroe with a 2007-08 Georgia registration for an expensive truck in Keyes’ name. Keyes starred in Tyler Perry films around that time.
Monroe also claims Keyes was in a relationship with media personality Claudia Jordan around that time. But Jordan denies dating Keyes.
