Shannon Sharpe recently settled a $50 million lawsuit accusing him of r^pe and xesual assault. The embattled ESPN commentator settled the lawsuit with OF model Gabby Zuniga for a reported $23 million.
However, Shannon’s troubles are far from over. A second woman has come forward accusing him of making unwanted xesual advances. And now a judge in that case has ordered Shannon not to destroy a xes tape in the now-settled case.
The order comes after a woman named Michelle Evans filed a lawsuit against the “First Take” co-host.

On Tuesday, the judge ruled in favor of Evans and ordered that the xes tape and any other recordings in Shannon’s possession be preserved.
The tape, which attorney Tony Buzbee previously called “key evidence,” allegedly shows Shannon and the OF model engaged in xes acts.
In April, Shannon warned his social media followers that Buzbee planned to release the xes tape.
“I believe [Buzbee] is going to release a 30-second clip of a xes tape that tries to make me look guilty and play into every stereotype you could possibly imagine,” Shannon said at the time.
“That video should actually be 10 minutes or so. Hey, Tony, instead of releasing your edit, put the whole video out. I don’t have it, or I would myself,” he added.
