Felony burglary charges were dismissed against “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” star Karlie “Redd” Lewis this week.

Karlie’s attorney, Steve Sadow, announced the dropped charges in a post on X (Twitter) on Wednesday.

“The bogus case against my client, Karlie Redd (Lewis), one of the stars of the show, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, has been dismissed!” Sadow tweeted.

On Tuesday, Oct. 21, DeKalb Assistant District Attorney Jordan Riser wrote: “While probable cause exists, the State is unable to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Karlie, 52, was arrested earlier this year after she allegedly entered a DeKalb County home through a back door and stole a watch, birth certificate and credit card belonging to the resident.

According to court documents, Karlie was charged with burglary in the first degree and released on $15,000 bond.

Court documents state the incident happened between January 13 and January 15. A home security system camera caught Karlie in the garage of the residence, looking through a window and entering the back master bedroom.

Sadow, who also served as attorney for President Donald Trump, later confirmed the home belonged to Karlie’s estranged husband, Teleau Davinci Belton.

Belton contacted DeKalb County police to press charges against his estranged wife.

She surrendered to police in April 2025.

“As everyone knows, Karlie and her husband are in the midst of a divorce proceeding, and her husband has previously been charged in Fulton County with family violence battery against her,” Sadow said in a statement at the time. “I am very confident Karlie’s case will be resolved favorably,” Sadow added.

Correction: An earlier version of this post stated Karlie is 56 years old. She is 52.
