Rapper Latto shared the cover art for her upcoming album, BIG MAMA, on Instagram. The altered image shows her holding a cheetah cub while displaying a baby bump that may or may not be real.

Fans wondered out loud if the photo is AI.

She captioned the photo:

“BIG MAMA (the album) 5/29

Business & Personal (Intro) song & video out now

Thank you God.”

In a follow-up video snippet from a music video, a man’s tattooed hand caresses her pregnant belly.

Fans wondered if the hand belongs to married rapper 21 Savage.

Another video shows Latto bottle feeding a cheetah cub that’s clearly AI.

One follower wrote in the comments: “Big Mama I love you and I’m here for it. Congratulations.. That’s how you mind the business that pays you…”

Another fan wrote: “I need to be at the baby shower.”

A third fan commented: “look like I’m finna be a step dad.”

Latto and 21 Savage went Instagram official in September 2025 – two years after his long-suffering wife filed for divorce.

That same month, Latto joked that she and 21 Savage were man and wife. The “Brokey” rapper told TMZ she was on her way “to go have this dinner with my husband” in New York City.

Marriage is important to 21 Savage because he is still on ICE’s deportation list after emigrating from London to the United states as a child.

It’s the oldest game in the book: marry an American citizen to obtain a green card.

Even better, impregnate an American citizen so your baby will be American.

Latto has no shame in her game. She secretly dated the married rapper for years. Latto repeatedly denied rumors that they were lovers.

Fans noted she tattooed his name behind her ear, and they were seen together on vacation.

In February 2023, the “Big Energy” rapper told Hot 107.9 that her man pays all of her bills.

“I got the ‘Vette, I got the Lambs, I got the Birkins,” Latto bragged. “I don’t pay no bills. If he comin’ like that, then, yeah.”

She reiterated: “I don’t pay no bills! That’s how it’s supposed to be.”

In 2022, Latto clapped back at social media users who said she was getting the “bare minimum” from an unavailable man.

“What’s bare minimum?” she asked.
