RAF wrestler Kennedy Blades is going viral for demonstrating her suplexing technique on a Fox News reporter.

On March 28, Abby Hornacek asked Kennedy to demonstrate her signature suplex move during an RAF event.

Both women stand 5′-11″ tall, but Kennedy easily picked Abby up and body slammed her on the mat.

Abby was not injured. In fact, she laughed and said the experience was “amazing!” She added, “I know that looked worse than it was, but that was a lot of fun.”

The video went viral and Kennedy was forced to defend her signature move.

Kennedy, 22, said she didn’t expect the video clip to blow up like it did. The Olympic silver medalist said her technique actually saved Abby from injury.

“I’m sure I did the technique correctly. I just feel a lot of comments were like I hurt her and stuff … But there’s technique to everything, right, so if I didn’t turn at the end I mean, she would’ve landed on her neck,” Kennedy told BroBible.

She added, “I can’t believe it blew up … but it’s great, you know? More attention to the sport, that’s what we need.”

Kennedy currently competes in the middleweight division of Real American Freestyle (RAF), where she is the current RAF Women’s Middleweight Champion.

Abby is the daughter of former NBA star and head coach Jeff Hornacek.
