Rapper Offset is still convinced that he fathered Cardi B’s youngest son, Baby Brim.
Cardi B welcomed her son with NFL free agent Stefon Diggs in November 2025.
A judge denied Offset’s request for a DNA test for Baby Brim, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The court filing, dated February 25, 2026, shows that Offset asked the judge to order paternity testing. However, the judge rejected the unusual DNA request, while approving a separate paternity-related request involving another child mentioned in the proceedings, TMZ reports.
The court order also included a non-disparagement clause, barring both Cardi B and Offset from making negative or defamatory statements about one another on social media and in interviews, TMZ reports.
Cardi B and Stefon Diggs dated for over a year, but they broke up hours before the Super Bowl in February.
Stefon Diggs also has 7 other children by at least four baby mamas. He was waived by the New England Patriots after their Super Bowl loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset in 2024 after nearly 7 years of marriage.
She accused the Migos rapper of cheating with multiple women. They share three children together and he has three more kids by other women.
Offset filed the DNA request before he was shot outside a Hollywood, Florida casino on Monday, April 6. He was released from the hospital earlier this week, TMZ reports.
