Angel Reese made her Atlanta Dream debut in a matchup against her former team on Wednesday in Chicago.

The Dream defeated the Chicago Sky 87-78. But Angel’s clumsy debut gave Atlanta Dream fans nightmares. She managed to score just 8 points in the first half of the game.

On April 6, the Dream gave up 2 first round draft picks in exchange for the 6′-3″ “point forward.”

Angel was the main ball-handler in the first half. Her lack of dribbling skills caused fans to question the Dream’s coaching staff.

The most humiliating moment for Angel came when her former teammate Kamilla Cardoso snuffed her weak layup attempt.

Fans roasted Angel on X. One person said her vertical jump is 1 inch.

Fans noted that Angel’s skills haven’t improved at all. Her career shooting average is only 42.1% from the field and 18.4% from 3-point range.

House of Highlights shared Angel’s lowlights on X.com. “She hasn’t worked on her game at all,” the caption read.

Another X user wrote: “This is the effects of these girls caring more about social media, likes, and random podcasts instead of actually DEVELOPING their game. She seems to get worse.”

A third user commented: “Spent all her time trolling Jalen Duren instead of working on her game.”
