NFL free agent Stefon Diggs is expected to sign a one-year deal worth $10 million with the Baltimore Ravens or Washington Commanders, according to reports.
Stefon was cut by the New England Patriots following the team’s loss to the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl.
Former NFL star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson reacted to the news in a cryptic social media post on Wednesday. “But I already… Never mind,” he wrote.

Ochocinco had predicted the Ravens would be Stefon’s next team after the Patriots dismissed him in March.
Ochocinco was confident the Ravens would be a good fit for Stefon alongside Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Stefon’s personal baggage was a distraction for the Patriots. He was recently acquitted of felony assault and misdemeanor strangulation against his former personal chef. A Massachusetts jury didn’t believe Jamila Adams’ testimony on the witness stand.

The popular wide receiver signed a 3-year contract worth $69 million with the Patriots last year. However, the $26.5 million cap prompted the Patriots to let him go before additional guarantees kicked in.
NFL insider James Palmer believed the Kansas City Chiefs would take a chance on Stefon.
“What he did in New England was very specific, and it was kind of the same thing that he was going to do in Houston,” Palmer said during an appearance on the “Up & Adams” show on Wednesday. “He was great in the locker room in both those places. I know people in Buffalo were even like, ‘Man, I wish he were like this here.'”
At age 32, Stefon is at the peak of his football skills. He has 942 receptions for 11,504 yards and 74 touchdowns in his NFL career.
But Stefon’s off-the-field drama continues to dog him and make him a liability for NFL teams.
