A distraught dad attacked his son's accused killer in an Ohio courtroom on Thursday morning.

Desean Brown, 22, is accused of fatally stabbing Nyteisha Lattimore before tossing her 3-year-old son, Nylo Lattimore, in the Ohio River where he drowned in December 2020.

In surveillance video footage obtained by Fox 19 News, Nylo's biological father, Tonio Hughes is seen sitting in a back row in the courtroom during a pretrial hearing on a motion filed by Brown's attorney.

Hughes is seen sneaking up behind Brown, who is handcuffed at a table, and punches him with a right hook.

Hughes continues to pummel Brown with his fists while two female deputies struggle to restrain him.

The two women eventually tackled Hughes to the floor where he apparently calmed down.

A second video shows male deputes entering the courtroom. Hughes, who is agitated again, lunges for Brown while being restrained by three large male deputies.

Brown was ushered from the courtroom for his own protection. He is being held without bail and faces the death penalty if convicted.

After the incident, Judge Megan Shanahan held Hughes in contempt of court and sentenced him to serve seven days in the county jail.

"Judge Megan Shanahan and the Hamilton Sheriff's Office would like to emphasize that this behavior will not be tolerated in the courthouse," Hamilton County Sheriff's PIO Kyla Woods said.

"Everything inside him, just the pain and everything took over," said family friend Faith Burton. "He did what I think any of us would do."

Burton said Hughes is having a difficult time getting over the death of his son.

"I've had to be on late-night calls, because he's on the edge, you know?" Burton said. "He's on the verge. Is he going to hurt himself?"

She continued: "I couldn't live without my child either, you know? So I get his emotions, I get why he acted out in court today."

The male voice on the program says:

Azealia Banks tossed her mic and stormed off the stage at Miami's Wynwood Pride Music Festival early Saturday.

Later the singer/actress took to social media to complain about organizers using dry ice to create fog. Banks stated her artist rider specifically prohibits dry ice because she's allergic to it.

Banks cut her set short after showing up two hours late. She performed a few songs, before complaining about being there. "I'm really not happy to be here" and "I really don't wanna f--king be here."

The organizers cut off her mic as she directed her complaints toward them. Banks tossed her mic into the crowd when the audience started booing and cussing at her.

She turned and gave her fans two middle fingers - which only made them madder. One person threw a drink at her as she departed, and the crowd roared their approval.

In a series of tweets afterwards, Banks complained that organizers failed to comply with her request not to use dry ice to create billowing clouds of fog onstage.

"Wynwood Pride was way too ghetto. I had to bounce. Every tech rider in Azealia Banks' history of live performance specifically states – no dry ice as I am EXTREMELY allergic to it. Photos will show massive clouds of dry ice which began to make me lightheaded to a point I could barely stand."

She added:

"I literally have a text message from the promoter assuring me that there would be no dry ice implemented in my performance – yet, Still came on stage to clouds of dry ice. I've performed Coachella twice and had that simple request honored."

Banks also claimed she was originally scheduled to hit the stage at 10 p.m., which was her excuse for showing up at 3 a.m., according to TMZ.

A viral video with over 5 million views on Twitter shows a couple going off on Planet Smoothie employees who refused to serve them one minute before closing.

The TikTok video shows the couple using profanity and threatening to call the corporate office because the workers refused to serve them ice cream one minute before the store closed.

The couple claim they waited in line for 30 minutes before entering the store at 8:29 p.m. But the workers insist they entered at 8:30 - closing time.

"We want to go home," one employee told the irate couple.

As the argument went back and forth, the male threatened a teenage employee. "I want you [outside]," he tells the kid.

Twitter users, who normally side with people who cry racism and discrimination, sided with the employees.

"As customers.. don't walk into a place 1 minute before closing .. just dont," one user tweeted.

Another Twitter user wrote: "58 year old man throwing a hissy fit over sprinkles & coconut shavings lord have mercy."

And a third tweeted: "Ready to beat up a minor over ice cream at 8:29 pm........"

Question: Who's in the wrong here: the Black Karens or the workers?

Chicago gang members "violated" a 2-year-old boy by tossing him in a garbage can because his father is a rival gang member.

Viral video footage shows gang members chasing the boy's father who is pushing his son in a stroller. When the gang bangers couldn't catch up to dad, they tossed the screaming child into a trash can.

Then the gang members, who call themselves "demons," snapped a photo of the crying toddler and posted the image on social media.

They captioned the post, "Caught the opps son I had to violate."

According to multiple reports, Chicago demons are going after the youngest and most vulnerable Chicago residents if they have beef with their fathers.

"Media Take Out learned that one Chi-Raq gang member recently posted video of himself 'violating' the 2 year old son of his opps. The social media reports claim that the gang member 'caught the 2 year old boy slipping.'

Because the gang member couldn't get the boy's father, he decided to 'violate' the toddler, by throwing him into a garbage can. And the gang member wanted everyone to know how much of a 'demon' that he is... so he posted an image of the crime on his social media page."

Media Takeout reached out to the Chicago police for comment on the IG post. But they refused to comment on the incident.

A Mobile, Alabama police Sgt. is going viral for calling out the number of children murdered in his city.

Ciara Jackson, 14, and Lequinten Morrissette, 11, were gunned down within days of each other. Lamonyae Forrest, 18, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested for Ciara's murder.

Sgt. John Young, of the Mobile Police Department, gave an interview to a local news station about the murders of Black children:

"This is the 23rd homicide of the year. It is heartbreaking to me personally. Ciara's 14. She died on the street named after Michael Donald who was the last known lynching by the Ku Klux Klan in 1980. 40 years later, more innocent blood is shed on that street that is supposed to memorialize the death sacrificed. And a Black girl is gunned down on that street by a Black man is disgusting, I said it."

He continued: "There's a subculture of gun violence in the city of Mobile with young Black men and it's high damn time we did something about it. I said it, so no one has to be called a racist anymore."

He then listed the ages of recent homicides in the city. The youngest are 11 and 4. "All Black children," he said. "When are we as a city going to wake up and say, 'Let's address this issue?' I've said it. Now it's out in the open, right?"

Sgt. Young expects to be reprimanded for speaking out about the gun violence committed by Black youth.

"Whatever happens to me, fine... But don't forget these innocent Black lives that have been lost," he said.

Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson responded to Sgt. Young's commentary. In a video on YouTube, Mayor Stimpson, saying, "I share his outrage."

"I'd like to begin by sharing my condolences with the family of Ciara Jackson. I know that you're heartbroken as so many are. Many people are praying for you. I also just finished listening to Sgt. John Young's interview; I share his outrage. I hope you share his outrage. I hope that it's the thing that we needed to galvanize bringing us together so that we can work together to make sure this doesn't continue to happen, not just to our young people, but to all of our citizens in the city of Mobile. We need your help. It's going to take all of us."

Dr. Umar Johnson went viral this week when video showed him chatting with a Caucasian woman.

The video went viral because Dr. Umar, a clinical psychologist, has promoted himself as a Black nationalist who is vehemently opposed to interracial marriages.

In 2017, he said, "When you marry a White woman, you're investing in White supremacy. There is no way you can stand with Black people when you sleep with White folk. There's no way you can care as much about our issues as you need to when you have to be concerned about what your wife and her White family thinks about our agenda."

In a viral video, Johnson challenged anyone to, "Show me a snow bunny who gonna say she had some of this chocolate milk with her vanilla cookies... Show me the snow bunny who said 'Dr. Umar gave me some of his chocolate milk with my vanilla cookies.'"

Someone took him up on the challenge and filmed Dr. Umar chatting with a non-melanated woman at New Jersey's Cherry Hill Mall.

The video went viral on June 2, garnering over 4 million views. Dr. Umar immediately took to social media to defend himself.

"Yes, I was at Cherry Hill Mall today," he tweeted. "My iPhone crashed last night and the closest Apple store with an available appointment today was in Jersey. As I was leaving the mall, I stopped at a kiosk to view the incense & crystals. That non-afrikan woman is simply the vendor."

But someone pointed out they are in the food court - and there are no incense kiosks in the food court.

To the casual observer it seemed that Dr. Umar was giving the young lady his phone number.

Dr. Johnson tweeted: "Can't even grab some incense and oils at the mall without Negroes going crazy. Any conscious Queens out there wanna volunteer to handle shopping for King Kong Kongalicious since I'm obviously too popular to shop in peace? The paparazzi won't let me breathe, ladies."

He then pleaded with the Twitter user to take the video down.

Tariq Nasheed couldn't resist taking a jab at Dr. Johnson.

"Is that the Prince of Pink Toes?

"I'm a descendaaaaaaaaaant... of Tiger Woods."

Another worker told his colleague to stop talking to the pint-sized aspiring rapper. King demanded to know his name then told him, "My name King. You know it and your mama know it." The 5-ft-2 King then invited the worker to step outside and fight him.

"And you still talking inside though. Why you inside?" King said, before going back inside to retrieve his food.

After examining his food for bodily fluids, King threatened to return when the employee got off work to fight him in the parking lot.

"Wait 'til I get back and see 'em out here late night," he yelled, before driving off with friends.

The incident surely embarrassed his mother, Xscape singer Tameka "Tiny" Harris.
