In a recent podcast, Bre claims she is Nick’s equal partner and the main woman in his life. She confessed that they don’t live together, but she’s No, 1 in his life.
“I’d like to be very clear. We don’t co-parent, we are very much together,” she told host Sophie Habboo on the Dec. 11 episode of the “Wednesdays” podcast.
“And that’s why people are confused,” she said. “Me and my partner have been on and off for years.”
“Basically, he has other partners, and we’re just open and happy and that’s our thing … People call it all kinds of s–t. I call it, ‘I do what I want to do.'”

The Netflix star admitted she doesn’t “want a conventional relationship” and notes she’s not “a jealous person.”
“I don’t want a full, live-in person I’m responsible for. Like, I’m responsible for my child. I feel like this is probably — which is so crazy — the healthiest relationship I’ve ever had. We never fight, we never have any toxicity, we don’t argue, nothing,” Bre explained.
She also praised the “Wild ‘n Out” creator and host for being the “best dad” to their 2-year-old son Legendary.
Bre, 33, said they set aside time in their busy schedules to be together and that Cannon, 44, is “very involved” in their son’s life.
She hinted that some of his other baby mamas are not as close to him as she is.
“The people he doesn’t deal with don’t necessarily want or need him around, but I feel like anyone that chooses that or wants that, he’s happy to do that. He obviously understands the situation that we’re in, so he’s really good at doing just what makes everybody happy,” she said.
Donald Trump’s campaign advisor Alex Bruesewitz fainted while speaking at the New York Young Republicans Club on Sunday night. Bruesewitz was standing on a podium speaking when he began slurring his words.
“Oh no… I’m forgetting my words,” he said before speaking gibberish. He then paused and stared out at the audience before passing out. Bruesewitz fell off the podium taking the lectern crashing down with him.

Similar neurological incidents have occurred involving reporters who seem to experience symptoms of a stroke.
But Dr. Howard Moses, a neurologist at St. Joseph Medical Center, says the cause of these neuro incidents could be a migraine.
“We call that complex migraine or complicated migraine. That’s a migraine associated with neurological signs and symptoms which simulate a stroke,” Moses said, in reference to Jessica Kartalija, an L.A. reporter who began speaking gibberish while live on the air.
Canadian reporter Jessica Robb also slurred her words and announced she wasn’t feeling well during a live broadcast.
“She knew what she wanted to say, but couldn’t say it,” Moses said. “It came out gibberish. The brain knew what it wanted to say but the mouth wouldn’t do it. Typical of something called aphasia.”
A migraine can often resolve itself on its own. A patient only needs treatment if it happens repeatedly.

The woman who accused Sean Combs and Jay-Z of drugging and r*ping her when she was 13 admits there are some inconsistencies in her story.
In an interview with NBC News, “Jane Doe” admitted the details of that night are not as clear in her mind.
Doe accused Combs and Jay-Z of r*ping her at an after-party for the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000.
Doe claimed she spoke with musician Benji Madden at the private party in New York City. She noted he had a religious tattoo.
But Madden’s representative told NBC News that he did not attend the 2000 MTV VMAs, because he was on tour in the Midwest. However, Doe said that she still stands by her story.
The woman said she was drugged at the party, and “not all of the faces there are as clear… So I have made some mistakes. I may have made a mistake in identifying.”
“What is the clearest is what happened to me and route that I took to what happened to me,” Doe said.
Doe acknowledged another inconsistency in her story. She initially said her father picked her up from a gas station in NYC after the alleged r*pe occurred.
NBC News spoke with her father who said he didn’t recall driving more than five hours from his home in Rochester, NY in the middle of the night to pick up his 13-year-old daughter in NYC. He said he recalled picking her up at night, but it was locally in Rochester.
The woman’s attorney Tony Buzbee told NBC, “We agree he states he doesn’t remember. His daughter explains that he was in no state to remember during that point in time due to personal issues he was having then. We are talking about a time frame more than 20 years ago.”

The lawsuit, originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York, named Sean Combs, but not Jay-Z.
The complaint was amended on Sunday, Dec. 8, to name the Roc Nation founder as the second r*pist. The woman also said a celebrity female was in the room watching the assault take place.
Jay-Z responded in a statement after the NBC News program aired.
“Today’s investigative report proves this ‘attorney’ Buzbee filed a false complaint against me in the pursuit of money and fame,” Carter said in a statement. “This incident didn’t happen and yet he filed it in court and doubled down in the press. True Justice is coming. We fight FROM victory, not FOR victory. This was over before it began. This 1-800 lawyer doesn’t realize it yet, but, soon.”
In a previous statement, Jay-Z accused Houston attorney Tony Buzbee of trying to blackmail him.
“What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle,” said Carter. “No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud that you are in a VERY public fashion.”
Buzbee said he continues to vet the details of Doe’s case, which “was referred to our firm by another law firm, who vetted it prior to sending it to us.”
He added, “Our client remains fiercely adamant that what she has stated is true, to the best of her memory. We will continue to vet her claims and collect corroborating data to the extent it exists. Because we have interrogated her intensely, she has even agreed to submit to a polygraph. I’ve never had a client suggest that before.”
Jay-Z’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, asked the judge to dismiss the lawsuit against his client in light of the “glaring inconsistencies”.
“These stunning revelations make clear that the complaint filed by plaintiffs’ attorney, Anthony Buzbee, therefore had no factual basis whatsoever.” Spiro said. “Even Mr. Buzbee is walking back the complaint he put his name to — excusing these glaring inconsistencies by pointing the finger at the case being referred by another firm who allegedly vetted the story before sending to them.”

A Florida woman was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 10, for using CEO killer Luigi Mangione’s words during a phone call with an insurance company.
Police say Briana Boston ended a phone call with her insurance company by saying: “Delay, deny, depose. You people are next.”

Mangione, 26, wrote “delay, deny, depose” on bullets left at the scene where UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was fatally shot in Manhattan on Dec. 4.
The words are similar to a 2010 book: “Delay, Deny, Defend: Why Insurance Companies Don’t Pay Claims and What You Can Do About It.”
Authorities are on high alert for copycats targeting insurance companies after Thompson’s murder.
Boston, 42, was speaking with a representative from Blue Cross Blue Shield after she had been told that her medical claim was denied. At the end of the call, she used Mangione’s words, which sounded like a threat.
When Lakeland Police arrived at Boston’s home, she apologized and said that she “used those words because it’s what is in the news right now,” according to the arrest affidavit.
Boston told authorities she does not own any guns and is not a threat. But she added that health care companies “deserve karma” and that they are “evil,” according to the arrest report.
The mother-of-three was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Briana Boston, a 42-year-old mother of three, was arrested for making threats to BlueCross BlueShield over a rejected medical claim.
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was rushed to a hospital after falling and fracturing her hip in Luxembourg, Germany. The injury occurred hours after Pelosi posed for a photo in which she appears to lean heavily on a congressman and hold his hand for support.

Megan accused Milagro of “churning out falsehoods” about the Tory Lanez case. A judge has ruled that Sean Combs can have access to his laptop to review discovery documents while he prepares for trial.
Combs’ legal team said he was unfairly restricted from using a laptop while other inmates at the MDC Brooklyn jail had access to laptops.
Combs’ attorneys claimed that access to the laptop had been unfairly restricted and that it was preventing him from preparing for his trial.
His attorneys submitted a request for access to a laptop after Judge Arun Subramanian denied him bail, citing the risk of potential witness tampering.
