Another TikTok influencer has come forward to stay Kamala Harris’ campaign tried to pay her for an endorsement.

“I received an email for a paid promotion for me to make a video and post it on TikTok talking about the Democratic side. At the end of this email, it says if you wanna get things going, we’ll send over an NDA for you to sign,” she said. The influencer warned her followers that other influencers may be getting paid to endorse candidates.

The news comes after popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat went ballistic because the Harris campaign and the Secret Service repeatedly contacted him to do an interview with Harris.

The pressure on Kai Cenat intensified after Donald Trump appeared on streamer Adina Ross’s show on August 5. Over 1 million viewers tuned in to the livestream.

Kai Cenat is so shook by the pressure from the Secret Service that he livestreams from inside a U-Haul truck parked at undisclosed locations in New York City.

The Harris campaign and the Secret Service denies calling Kai Cenat. But what about all the other streamers who claim they received calls from the Harris campaign?

Harris still hasn’t sat down with a major news network since President Biden bowed out of the race in July.

Keke Palmer and her ex Darius Jackson have reunited after she accused him of abusing her and their son.

Page Six reports Keke has dropped a restraining order against Darius, the father of her toddler son, Leodis.

On Sunday, Darius shared a picture on his Instagram Stories of him and the “Nope” actress on a stroll with their 1-year-old. The reunited couple took their son to the zoo.

In the photo, Darius holds Leodis, while Keke flashed a huge grin as she looked at Darius like he’s a prize catch.

In her request for a restraining order last year, Keke accused Darius of physical abuse and she feared for her son’s safety.

“Darius trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent, threatened me, then physically attacked me – lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch, and stealing my phone when I told him I was going to call the police,” the actress alleged.

The restraining order was granted and Darius was ordered to stay away from Keke and Leodis.

Darius was also ordered to turn in his gun to the police.

In December, Darius filed a countersuit and claimed Keke, born Lauren Keyana Palmer, was the aggressive one in the relationship.

Darius filed for a restraining order against the actress, alleging that she was “the primary aggressor” and “engaged in abusive conduct throughout their two-and-a-half-year relationship.”

A judge denied his request.

Former Disney Channel star Skai Jackson was arrested and charged with domestic battery against her boyfriend.

Jackson, 22, was arrested following an alleged fight with her boyfriend at Universal CityWalk mall in Hollywood on August 9. Mall security guards spotted the altercation and detained the couple, according to TMZ.

Security called the police after seeing Skai repeatedly shove her unnamed boyfriend.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the petite actress pushed her boyfriend more than once.

Skai and her boyfriend both denied fighting. Skai said she is pregnant and they are engaged. But police watched surveillance video of the altercation and determined she was the aggressor.

According to TMZ, the case will be reviewed by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office to determine if charges are warranted.

Nothing is known about Skai’s boyfriend, since she’s chosen to keep him off of her social media. Reddit users claim he’s a drug dealer, but that rumor has not been confirmed.

One Reddit user wrote:

Friend of mine was recently on a flight with Skai and her boyfriend. My friend said that Skai was in a middle seat a few rows behind her boyfriend iirc (if I remember correctly). The boyfriend was in an aisle seat. All coach seats btw. IIRC apparently there was some commotion because Skai was begging to switch her middle seat for the aisle seat near her boyfriend. Told the other passenger and the flight attendants that she was pregnant, wanted to sit next to her boyfriend, and said that she needed to be in the aisle seat to get up and stretch and use the bathroom. The other passenger (rightfully) said no. And the boyfriend said nothing. He let his pregnant girlfriend go back to her middle seat, instead of offering her his aisle seat.

Skai got her start singing the “I am stuck on Band-Aid Brand,” jingle in a memorable commercial (see below).

She also appeared in commercials for Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Old Navy.

Skai got her first role in the independent film Liberty Kid (2007). In 2011, she was cast as Zuri Ross in the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie, which aired for four seasons and ended in 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, she reprised the role of Zuri in the series Bunk’d. She was included on Time magazine’s list of “Most Influential Teens” in 2016.

Orlando Scandrick’s other baby mama, Dearica Hamby, is suing the Las Vegas Aces and WNBA for discrimination and retaliation.

Dearica, 30, accused the WNBA of discriminating against her for being on pregnancy leave with Orlando’s son, Legend.

Dearica accused the Aces of trading her because “they feared she would get pregnant again.”

“I have had my character and work ethic attacked,” she wrote at the time. “I was promised things to entice me to sign my contract extension that were not followed through on. I was accused of signing my extension knowingly pregnant. This is false.”

Mississippi attorney Daniel Dale was caught smuggling drugs, cell phones, and a digital scale into a prison.

Dale was arrested Thursday while trying to smuggle drugs to his clients at the Hinds County Detention Center.

The contraband included marijuana, a digital scale, cigarettes, cellphones, phone chargers, pills in bubble packs, and more.

Dale was charged with two counts of conspiracy and introduction of contraband to a correctional facility. Additional charges are expected to be tacked on later.

Dale’s incarcerated clients also face conspiracy charges.

“Attorney Dale, allegedly posing as legal counsel for some Hinds County detainees, was allegedly smuggling cell phones and other contraband during visitations,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement. “During a visitation this afternoon he was found to be in possession of several items of contraband and cell phones in an attempt to pass them to a detainee. He was detained, questioned and later charged. Attorney Dale, in a trusted position responsible for the constitutional rights of arrested suspects, jeopardized the safety and integrity of the Hinds County Detention Facilities and the public.”

Attorneys usually aren’t searched when they visit clients in correctional facilities. Prison officials are fighting a losing battle against contraband in their facilities.

Correctional officers, prison staff, friends, and family members have been arrested while smuggling contraband into prisons.

‘Undocumented’ passenger was on plane that crashed in Brazil

A mystery “undocumented” passenger was on board a plane that crashed in a residential neighborhood near Sao Paulo, Brazil on Friday. Aug. 9.

Officials confirmed 62 passengers and crew lost their lives when the plane spiraled to the ground after stalling in the sky.

On Friday Voepass said the manifest showed 57 passengers and four crew. But on Saturday officials confirmed another passenger had been on board the plane.

The passenger was “undocumented” and officials aren’t sure if he snuck on board the plane.

8 cancer doctors were on board the plane when it crashed. 7 others changed their flight at the last minute. The news that 8 cancer doctors were on the plane sparked conspiracy theories on X (formerly Twitter).

“They were people used to saving lives, and now they lost theirs in such tragic circumstances,” said Parana Gov. Ratinho Júnior on Friday.

Cell phone videos show the pilots desperately tried to save their plane by diving nose down to gain speed before bringing the nose back up to increase lift under the wings.

But their efforts failed and the plane crashed and burned in a gated community in the city of Vinhedo. No one on the ground was injured.

Aviation experts say the Voepass plane may have lost lift and stalled due to engine failure or ice on the wings.

A meteorologist said Friday that there were reports of severe icing in Sao Paulo state around the time of the crash.

A 3-year-old girl who was traveling with her father was the youngest passenger who died in the crash.

Ayesha Curry in tears after French police hit her baby

Ayesha Curry was in tears after a confrontation involving French police at the Olympic Games in Paris.

The video begins with Steph Curry’s mom, Sonya, arguing with a French cop. Sonya claimed the cop hit her youngest grandchild. “You don’t touch a baby!” Sonya said.

“You will not speak to us,” Sonya told the cop who apparently hit Ayesha’s youngest son by accident.

Submissive Ayesha wiped away tears while her more aggressive mother-in-law took control of the situation.

A man told Ayesha that the cop apologized, but police still wouldn’t let the family get to their car across the street.

“Sorry about the baby,” said the cop. “Let us get to our car,” said Sonya.

Warriors star Draymond Green said, “So even after him hitting the baby, there’s still nothing y’all can do to get them out of here?”

Sonya then asked whoever was recording to “Please stop.”

Head judge defends Australian breakdancer at Paris Olympics

The head judge for the first ever breakdancing competition at the Olympics defended Australian B-Girl Rachael Gunn after she was cruelly mocked online.

Gunn, a.k.a. “Raygun,” captivated the worldwide audience. But many people mocked her breakdancing style.

“I still don’t understand how she qualified,” one person wrote on X.com. Others didn’t understand how breakdancing became an Olympic sport.

Raygun, 36, scored zero points for her efforts. But Martin Gilian, the head judge of the breaking competition, applauded Raygun for drawing inspiration from a kangaroo for part of her routine.

“Breaking is all about originality and bringing something new to the table and representing your country or region,” Gilian said. “This is exactly what Raygun was doing. She got inspired by her surroundings, which in this case, for example, was a kangaroo.”

Raygun responded to the criticism, saying, “I was never going to beat these girls on what they do best: their power moves. What I bring is creativity.”

She said she was trying to bring art and creativity to the Olympics.

“Creativity is really important to me. I go out there and I show my artistry. Sometimes it speaks to the judges, and sometimes it doesn’t. I do my thing, and it represents art. That is what it is about,” said Raygun, who has a PhD in “cultural movement.”

Performers were scored based on the difficulty and creativity of their dance moves.

The Breaking Federation offered mental health therapy to Raygun to help her cope with the criticism.
