Police responding to a 911 call at a home in the affluent neighborhood of Brentwood discovered the bodies around 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

Multiple sources tell PEOPLE that the suspect is Rob and Michele’s son, Nick, a troubled actor/screenwriter who has struggled with drug addiction and homelessness in the past.

Police say Nick is being questioned, but no arrests have been made.

Rob Reiner is best known for playing Mike “Meathead” Stivic on the CBS sitcom “All in the Family” (1971–1979), a role that earned him two Primetime Emmy Awards.

Rob’s other acting credits include Throw Momma from the Train (1987), Sleepless in Seattle (1993), The First Wives Club (1996), and The Wolf of Wall Street (2013), among other films.

Rob made his directorial debut with the heavy metal film This Is Spinal Tap in 1984. He went on direct the coming-of-age drama Stand by Me in 1986, The Princess Bride (1987), When Harry Met Sally… (1989), Misery (1990), A Few Good Men (1992), and The American President (1995). He earned multiple nominations for his directing.

In 2015, the Reiner family’s drama film “Being Charlie” premiered at TIFF.

Nick co-wrote the script with a friend from rehab. The movie drew on the individual family dynamics that led them to abuse drugs.

Rob directed the movie.

The character Charlie (based on Nick) resented his father and mother for forcing him into rehab to treat his addiction.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film offered few answers and ended with a contrite apology from the father for the unsympathetic way he treated his son.

Hollywood stars reacted in shock to Rob Reiner’s death. Many praised him as a legendary director and as their inspiration for pursuing directing as a career.

Former President Barack Obama tweeted: “Rob’s achievements in film and television gave us some of our most cherished stories on screen. But beneath all of the stories he produced was a deep belief in the goodness of people-and a lifelong commitment to putting that belief into action.”

Sadly, Rob’s intense hatred for President Donald Trump nearly caused him to have a mental breakdown.

Rob admitted himself into a mental health facility following the presidential election in November 2024.

“Republicans have no idea what they have done. America has fallen. MAGA just do not understand the consequences of electing a fascist like Donald Trump,” he wrote in a post on BlueSky in November 2024.

Later that night, he wrote: “I have made the decision to take the next few days to check into a facility for peace and relaxation. No phones, social media, no trolls, just calmness to heal my pain.”

Rob took a moment to praise comedienne and talk show host Ellen Degeneres for moving to the UK after the election.

“She obviously does not want to be a part of a place that is filled with hate, evil, and fascism,” he wrote. “Much respect to her for standing up to madness.”

Rob had an adopted daughter, Tracy, from his first marriage to Penny Marshall. He shared three children with his second wife, Michele.

A Washington, D.C. woman who was accused of squatting in an Airbnb for 10 months has been evicted.

At a hearing on Thursday, December 11, a judge ruled Shadija Romero did not have tenancy rights and the homeowner can evict her immediately.

ABC7 News aired video of Shadija’s personal belongings outside on the curb on Thursday.

Rochanne Douglas told the Daily Mail she rented her home to Shadija for 32 days because she needed a place to stay while her home is being renovated after a fire.

But when the 32 days ended on March 29, Shadija refused to leave the house.

In a previous interview with 7News D.C., Shadija said she had never been evicted from any other property.

“Court records show that at your previous apartment, you’re also getting evicted for not paying rent,” D.C. Bureau Reporter Phylicia Ashley told her.

Shadija claimed she didn’t recall being evicted and a prior eviction wasn’t relevant.

Court documents shows she owes nearly $50,000 in back rent.

7News also discovered eviction cases against Shadija in Maryland and Virginia when she went by a different last name.

Her prior eviction cases were entered into evidence on Thursday.

Shadija is the owner of nonprofit clothing line “With Love Dija,” with a store on Instagram.

Ward 5 Councilmember Zachary Parker released a statement to WJLA about the incident.

“This is a ridiculous situation, and one that my team has been monitoring. We’ve been in touch with the property owner and will be watching for the court’s decision (Thursday). I have also asked my legislative team to look into existing law to understand what gaps may exist and I am prepared to explore the introduction of emergency legislation if necessary.”

Former Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore was arraigned at a Michigan courthouse on Friday, December 12.

Moore appeared virtually via Zoom from the Washtenaw County Jail.

He faces three charges, including felony home invasion, misdemeanor stalking-domestic relationship, and misdemeanor breaking and entering.

A judge set Moore’s bail at $25,000 on Friday.

He must wear a GPS monitor and continue all mental health treatment as a condition of his bond, USA Today Sports reports.

He is also ordered to avoid any contact with the “named victim.”

An assistant prosecutor described Moore as “highly threatening and highly intimidating” and “a risk to public safety” after he was fired for having an “inappropriate relationship” with a staffer.

The staffer is identified as Moore’s 32-year-old executive assistant, Paige Shiver.

Shiver called 911 on Thursday to say Moore broke into her apartment and he had a knife.

The married father-of-3 allegedly picked up two butter knives and a pair of scissors from the kitchen and threatened to harm himself.

Moore allegedly told Shiver that she ruined his life. The assistant prosecutor quoted Moore, “‘I’m going to kill myself,” “I’m going to make you watch” and “my blood is on your hands.'”

He then fled the apartment and was detained by police at a nearby church in Saline.

Moore underwent 2 psychological evaluations at a local hospital before being booked into the Washtenaw County Jail near the university campus.

In a letter to faculty and students on Dec. 11, Michigan interim president Domenico Grasso said the coach was “immediately terminated” after the administration became aware of his inappropriate relationship with a staffer.

CBS Detroit reports that Michigan’s athletic director Warde Manuel knew about Moore’s mental health issues on Sunday, three days before Manuel fired Moore.

A donor told Manuel about Moore’s problems with other women. The source said the latest investigation was the third one involving Moore over his alleged conduct with women.

Jason Derulo Explains Why He Will ‘Never Work Alone with Women Again’

Singer Jason Derulo has joined Steve Harvey and former Vice President Mike Pence who say they will never be alone in a room with women ever.

In a new episode of “In Depth with Graham Bensinger,” Jason discussed the accusations made against him by aspiring singer Emaza Gibson.

In October 2023, aspiring singer Emaza filed a lawsuit against Jason alleging s*xual harassment, intimidation, and breach of contract.

According to the lawsuit, Jason signed Emaza to a recording contract with his independent record label. He acted as her “mentor, supervisor, [and] agent” and they recorded music together.

Emaza claims Jason, 36, was prone to angry outbursts, and that he repeatedly pressured her to drink and have s*x with him, but she refused.

Without any evidence to support her claims, a judge dismissed her case twice.

Now the “Whatcha Say” singer says he is done working alone with women.

“There’s truth in every joke. But it’s a sad truth,” Jason said “Like, I will never be alone in a room with a woman that I work with… ever, ever again.”

LEOFRANCO / BACKGRID

“That case was dismissed twice in 2 different states,” he added, “and there’s hardly no mention of it online… And I lost so many brand deals, relationships off of a story that was not even slightly believable.”

He says the lawsuit caused millions in lost revenue and harmed his career and reputation.

Jason also denied Emaza’s claim that he “sacrificed a goat in a s*xual ritual.”

“All people read was the headline, right? And that’s all it takes to lose everything. That’s a crazy concept. I lost millions of dollars off of a arbitrary story that some woman told. Like a crazy, crazy story that some woman told. So with that being said, how can I be comfortable being in a room with a woman that I work with and not feel like she can just say whatever she wants? It’s not worth it to me.”

Bob Grey / BACKGRID

One woman Jason doesn’t mind working alone with is his collaborator, Nora Fatehi.

In January, Jason and the Bollywood star dropped a song titled “Snake”.

“I learned a lot from him on set,” Nora says of Jason. “He’s been doing this for over 15 years, and still has the work ethic and seriousness on set to perfect every detail. I was very inspired.”

Jason and ex-girlfriend Jena Frumes share a son named Jason King Derulo.

He says the 4-year-old previews his music before he releases to make sure they “keep it real.”

Floyd Mayweather’s daughter, Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather, 25, responded to social media users who say Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s 13-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, makes her look like a child.

Photos of Yaya and Blue Ivy sitting at courtside during the Lakers game at Crypto.com Arena in LA went viral on Thursday.

Yaya wore a baby blue striped cardigan shorts set. A $30,000 Hermès bag sits on the floor at her feet.

Some social media users said Yaya looked like a kid next to Blue Ivy, who looks all grown up. Others criticized Yaya’s outfit and being makeup-free.

Yaya responded on X (Twitter), “[I] like dressing cute, comfy, & chill. i don’t like wearing makeup all the time. i’m very secure in who i am, i have nothing to prove by getting dolled up and dressing any other way. i’m happy and so is my bank account.”

X users then compared Yaya’s net worth to Blue Ivy’s. Some said Grammy-winner Blue Ivy is worth a billion, while Yaya is only worth a few million.

Fake “veneer specialist” Brandon Dillard, who was arrested last year for practicing dentistry without a license, is still flossing on social media.

A now-deleted TikTok video shows Dillard going on a shopping spree at the Chanel store in Buckhead 2 weeks ago.

Dillard shows his followers the price of his purchases on the cash register in the store. Then he unboxed his pricey purchases in a swanky hotel room. Watch the video below.

Social media users are shocked that Dillard is still flossing online when he faces at least a decade in prison for impersonating a dentist.

On October 3, 2024, Atlanta police raided the offices of “A List Smiles Atlanta” and arrested Dillard.

On Nov. 21, a grand jury indicted him on 113 felonies for violating Georgia’s RICO act by illegally practicing dentistry without a license.

Prosecutors say Dillard scammed his unsuspecting patients out of $4 million over the years.

He continued practicing cosmetic dentistry even after the State Dental Board sent him a cease-and-desist and a judge ordered him to shut down his clinic in 2024.

The State Dental Board says there is no such thing as a “veneer specialist.”

Only a licensed dentist can legally perform cosmetic veneer procedures in Georgia.

“Brandon Dillard is not a dentist. He’s never been a dentist. And as much as he may want to play one on Instagram, he is not one,” Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Will Wooten told WSB-TV last year.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said Dillard’s dental offices “appears to be legitimate.”

“If you went to this and you thought it was a dental office, and you looked at the equipment, it appears to be legitimate. But that’s what the best fraudsters do, is they do everything they can to make themselves look legitimate. And in this case, this is an illegitimate operation. The problem is the consequences are to one’s health,” she said.

Dillard’s arraignment hearing is set for January 2026.

Uncle Luke calls out ESPN’s Ryan Clark for comments about Sherrone Moore

Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell roasted former NFL player Ryan Clark for saying Sherrone Moore has set back Black coaches.

Moore is still in police custody in Michigan after threatening his assistant with a knife when he was fired from his job as Michigan’s football coach on Wednesday.

The university’s athletic department released a statement saying Moore, 39, was fired for having an “inappropriate relationship” with a staffer later identified as his 32-year-old executive assistant, Paige Shiver.

Shiver called 911 on Thursday to say Moore, a married father-of-3, broke into her apartment and he had a knife. Moore allegedly held the knife to his neck and threatened to kill them both. He allegedly accused Shiver of ruining his life.

He then fled the apartment and was arrested at a church in Ann Arbor. Moore was booked in Washtenaw County Jail near the university campus. His first hearing is set for Friday, December 12.

Clark commented on Moore’s situation on Thursday’s episode of “First Take.” He said Moore failed his family, the football players he was leading, and he also failed the Black community who looked to him for inspiration.

“There’s a huge responsibility when you’re selected as the first African-American head coach to lead an historically great program,” Clark wrote on X (Twitter).

“Moore isn’t the first to make these sorts of decisions, but I don’t expect he’ll have a Bobby Petrino bounce back. There’s a ripple effect to these actions, & I don’t believe we have even scratched the surface of the repercussions.”

Luther Campbell addressed Clark’s comments about Moore in a livestream video on Thursday.

The former Miami record executive was outraged that Clark judged all Black coaches based on Moore’s actions.

“This is by far one of the dumbest things that you’ve ever said when you said that coach Moore has set back African American coaches and he’s a disservice to African American coaches. That’s a bunch of BS,” Campbell said.

Harris Faulkner forced to clarify “KillJoy Reid” comments: “We don’t mean anybody any harm”

Harris Faulkner clarified the meaning of “Killjoy Reid” after “Outnumbered” cohosts cracked jokes about Joy’s “Jingle Bells” racism comments.

Joy shared a video on Instagram of a man wearing a Christmas sweater and Santa hat who stares at a plaque marking the site in Medford, Massachusetts where James Lord Pierpont wrote the song “Jingle Bells” in 1850.

The video caption reads “this is where a racist Confederate soldier wrote ‘Jingle Bells’ to make fun of black people, and has its origins in bigoted minstrel shows that were popular at the time.”

Reid claims Pierpont wrote the song for white actors who wore blackface to mock Black people who participated in winter activities.

She also said the line “laughing all the way” is a reference to a racist comedy routine of that era known as the “Laughing Darkie.”

While discussing Joy’s comments on Thursday’s episode of Fox News’ Outnumbered, co-host Lara Trump said, “If you didn’t know why Joy Reid doesn’t have a show out there ladies and gentlemen, here you go! It’s this kind of ridiculous take on things that got her taken right off the air.”

Co-host Charles Payne joked, “You mean Killjoy Reid.”

Lara said, “Killjoy Reid – we’re changing the name. It’s official.”

As the panel laughed at the “Killjoy Reid” wordplay, Harris Faulkner hastily commented that “Killjoy Reid” can be taken out of context.

“Well, I want to say something about that, though, because I know that people will watch this and edit and take it out of context,” she explained.

“The word ‘Killjoy’ has nothing to do with her – it’s just to take away somebody’s joy.”

As more jokes flew, Harris reiterated that they don’t want any harm to come to Joy Reid.

“I just want to make sure that if people clip this that they understand that we don’t mean anybody any harm,” Harris said. “She’s just sucking the fun out of things.”

“As they do, Harris,” Lara agreed. “And you know what? Should we just wish Joy Reid a very Merry Christmas?”

Charles Payne responded, “Jingle Bells all the way, baby!”

RHOA’s Shamea Morton Files Malpractice Lawsuit Against Doctor After Chemical Peel Caused “Permanent Scarring”

Reality TV star Shamea Morton accused an Atlanta doctor of negligence in a malpractice lawsuit she filed on October 31.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star said a chemical peel performed by dermatologist Jing Jing Wong Harris at her Pretty Faces Atlanta clinic caused “permanent scarring.”

The lawsuit accused a third party defendant of “negligently burning” her during the chemical peel procedure and causing extensive permanent scarring, Us magazine exclusively reports.

MEGA/WENN

Shamea underwent the chemical peel at Pretty Faces Atlanta on March 13, 2024.

The chemical peel was treatment for discoloration caused by tinea versicolor on her back and arms.

Tinea versicolor is a fungal condition that causes light or dark patches on skin.

Some people in the Black community commonly refer to tinea versicolor as “acid.”

The condition is treated with antifungal creams and shampoos.

Shamea said she didn’t realize she had the fungal condition, or that the chemical peel was “completely inappropriate” due to her “African American skin.”

She said, “even if she had simple hyperpigmentation,” the doctor should have used “much less aggressive treatments than what was performed.”

The lawsuit stated the third party defendant performed the chemical peel without Harris’ supervision, which resulted in “second degree burns, blistering and permanent scarring.”

Shamea claimed she “cried in pain due to sensations she was experiencing.”

“[Shamea’s] screams were so loud that [Harris], for the first time that day, entered the room where the procedure was being performed and inquired as to what was going on,” the suit alleged. “When [Morton] reported intense pain to [Harris], [Harris] told her that she was being dramatic.”

Shamea’s lawsuit stated that only after seeing her tears, did Harris spray an unknown solution on her back.

“Harris never consulted, examined, or approved the treatment plan for [Morton] prior to the application of the chemical peel,” Shamea’s lawsuit alleged.

She demanded unspecified damages.

Shamea submitted photos taken after the procedure that shows her skin peeling days after the chemical treatment.

Darren M. Tobin, Shamea’s lawyer, told Us magazine, “What happened to Shamea when she was burned is unacceptable and inexcusable. We intend on pursuing full justice allowed under the law.”

Audio: Sherrone Moore ‘stalked and attacked’ woman after being fired over ‘inappropriate relationship’

Chilling audio reveals former Michigan coach Sherrone Moore “stalked and attacked” his executive assistant after being fired for having an “inappropriate relationship” with her.

Police dispatch audio obtained by TMZ reveals Paige Shiver accused Moore of assaulting her on Wednesday evening. Moore had broken into Shiver’s Saline, Michigan home, and held a knife to his throat. He allegedly threatened to kill them both.

The 911 call was made at around 4pm Wednesday. The woman caller, believed to be Shiver, told 911 dispatch that Moore had been stalking her for a month.

She has since deleted some of her social media accounts and made her Instagram account private.

Moore, 39, is set to appear in court for arraignment on Friday, December 12. The father-of-3 was detained at an apartment complex in Ann Arbor on Wednesday.

Earlier reports stated Moore was detained at a church after his wife, Kelli Moore, gave police his cell phone location.

Kelli (pictured) told police her husband was suicidal due to “losing his job today,” according to TMZ. He is being held in protective custody at the Washtenaw County Jail until his arraignment on Friday.

According to reports, an investigation into Moore’s relationship with his assistant began after the athletic department received a tip from a DoorDash driver who delivered Plan B pills to Moore’s office on campus.

Plan B pills are over-the-counter emergency contraceptives that prevent pregnancies after unprotected s*x.

According to UM Salary, Moore nearly doubled Shiver’s salary from $58,025 to $90,000 in 2024 after she aborted their unborn child.

According to reports, Moore had been “acting strange” after losing his $13.8 million coaching job.

Others claimed the athletic department knew of the relationship, but they waited until 27 high school seniors signed National Letters of Intent with the school before firing Moore.

College football’s early signing period started December 3 and ended on December 5.

Moore and Shiver are seen together in the video below.
