Jason Mitchell has successfully completed a mental health counseling course after he was fired from The Chi amid allegations of inappropriate behavior with several female co-stars, including his onscreen girlfriend, Tiffany Boone.

Mitchell was fired after Boone complained to Human Resources about his inappropriate behavior that made her feel unsafe on the set. The actor was also dropped by his agents.

'The Chi' writer Lena Waithe, 35, (pictured above with Mitchell) caught flack for turning a deaf ear to all the complaints.

In a public statement last year, Waithe, who is a male-identified lesbian, said she was taking steps to handle the complaints against Mitchell, who she treated like one of her boys.

Since being terminated Mitchell has been unable to find work in the acting field, as news travels quickly and Hollywood is quick to blacklist undesirables.

Now Instagram blog TheShadeRoom reports a source saying that Mitchell has worked on his anger management issues, self-awareness, acceptance of responsibility, and purpose (whatever that means).

The source also confirmed Mitchell is a changed man at age 32, and he won't molest any more women if Hollywood gives him a second chance.

History tells us that lecherous men don't change their stripes at age 32. Once a dog, always a dog.

Question: Would you trust him around you or your adult daughter? Do you believe he's a changed man? Would you support him if he returned to The Chi?
