DJ Envy and Charlamagne trashed Kanye West's DONDA album during Monday's "Rumor Report" on "The Breakfast Club" radio show.

During the segment, Charlamagne called the 27-track album "lackluster," "exhausting," and "dated."

"I listened to it yesterday. I don't know if it's lackluster or too long, maybe both. Upon first listen, for me, it was kind of lackluster and long. An hour and 48 minutes is nuts. Even without all the part twos on there, it's just still too long and it gets exhausting. And the music, to me, sounds kind of dated."

DJ Envy went further, admonishing Kanye's "clown" behavior and criticizing the entire DONDA album rollout as "a circus."

Envy also chastised Kanye's handlers, particularly his groupie manager, Bu Thiam, and rapper Pusha T for not holding Kanye accountable for his behavior.

"Kanye is a clown," DJ Envy said.

"He is a clown and a circus. He is a clown and circus, and I'm ashamed of the people around him -- Bu, Free, Pusha, Monopoly... he is a clown. And if you don't get your guy together -- like Charlamagne said seven years ago, when he came up here and said, 'The people around you don't love you.' And Kanye, the people around you don't love you. You are a clown."

Kanye West's new album, DONDA, has shot to the top of the Apple Music charts in 130 countries, becoming the platform's biggest debut ever.

The much-delayed project dropped unexpectedly on Sunday morning, despite Kanye's attempts to stall the release while he waited for clearance to feature DaBaby's verse on "Jail."

Instead of DaBaby's verse on the track, Jay-Z's verse remained.

In a series of social media messages overnight, Kanye's manager, Bu Thiam, blamed DaBaby's management for the hold-up.

He explained DaBaby's manager hadn't signed the necessary paperwork to clear his verse.

"We won't be able to Upload unless we take him off," Bu claimed.

However, DaBaby's management denied Bu's allegations.

Kanye responded by insisting he was "not taking my brother off", adding: "So the album is not coming out... God gotta bigger plans."

Kanye took to Twitter on Sunday afternoon to vent his frustrations about the release, and made it clear he wanted to wait for clearance from DaBaby's management.

"Universal put my album out without my approval and they blocked 'Jail 2' from being on the album," he wrote.

Despite the hysterics, Ye's 10th studio album - faturing 27 tracks - is a huge hit for Apple Music.

DONDA, named after the rapper's late mother, was initially set for release last month, following the first of three listening parties in Atlanta, Georgia.

Meanwhile, Kanye's arch nemesis, fellow rapper Drake announced his new release, Certified Lover Boy, is set to drop on Friday, Sept 3.

Listen to DONDA here.

Bu Thiam family at Disney World

Loyal reader Becca writes in about friend of the blog Bu Thiam (Chris Brown's manager)

Hi Sandra!
I was surfing through instagram the other day when I noticed that Rihanna liked a picture that "Bu" Thiam (Traci Ross' ex/Akon's little brother) had posted. It was a beautiful picture of himself, his daughter, and his daughter's mother at Disney world. It looks like they went to Disney world to celebrate his daughter's birthday. I'm not sure if he and his daughter's mother are back together or not, but I just thought the pictures were really nice. With so many black parents at each other's throats, it's always good to see two parents be able to come together and get along and have a healthy relationship, even if they are no longer together... I found a few more photos on her IG. Enjoy.

Combs and Cassie snuggled and necked in the VIP. They behaved like a couple still caught up in the throes of Dopamine-fueled passion. Then again, they have been together for quite a few years... It could really be Love.

Chris Brown

Troubled singer Chris Brown was spotted smoking a cigarette on the set of his latest music video for his single "Love More" in Los Angeles, Calif., today. Brown, 24, was accompanied by a posse of hard legs, including his faithful manager, Bu Thiam, 3rd from left. Meanwhile, the NY Post reports that a NY judge quietly signed an order to temporarily shutter a nightclub where Brown and rapper Drake brawled last year. The W.i.P. and its sister club Greenhouse on Varick Street will be shut down for 10 days starting September 1. An attorney for the club — co-owned by NBA guard Larry Hughes -- argued that a temporary shutdown would put his client "out of business." The club owners are also ordered to pay $10,000 in fines. The bottle throwing brawl sparked at least half a dozen lawsuits.

Someone just sent me this cute pic of friend to the blog Bu Thiam (Def Jam VP of A&R), far right, with his clients, Chris Brown, left, and Rihanna, 2nd from left, at the Grammys last night. Rihanna's bestie, Melissa Forde, is sitting next to Bu. No, Mel and Bu are not dating (I asked).
