Dr. Umar Johnson is off the market. The famed psychologist tied the knot with two beautiful women over the weekend.

Johnson married the two women after giving a speech, according to EURweb. In an Instagram video, Johnson got down on his knees as he put a ring on each of the women's fingers.

One of the women graciously held the other sister wife's bouquet while Johnson put a ring on her finger.

The 47-year-old clinical psychologist then embraced his wives. Later, he stood between the beaming brides as the crowd cheered.

Johnson is among the ranks of Black men who choose nontraditional relationships such as polygamy in a society where women outnumber men.

In a 2017 interview with EURweb's Lee Bailey, Johnson said:

"Because we are self-hating people, we love nothing more than conflict and a good fight between each other. That's why any time something negative occurs it gets way more attention than something positive."

Johnson, who is also founder and president of the National Independent Black Parent Association (NIBPA), said:

"I'm on a mission to unite African people, and to wake up black parents as it relates to their obligations to protect their children inside these houses of sin, otherwise known as public schools. The war against black boys is one of the major crises facing black America. So being an activist and being a school psychologist, I'm able to bring both my walks of life together to try to aid and benefit the struggle of my people."

Issa Rae wanted something timeless and classy to commemorate her wedding to longtime boyfriend Louis Diame.

Issa and Louis tied the knot at a private ceremony in the South of France over the weekend.

Some women only get married once, so Issa wanted custom diamond bridal jewelry that will always remind her of that special occasion.

So she reached out to Scotty, of Grillz by Scotty aka We Trap Grills, in Decatur, Georgia, to custom order a custom diamond and gold grill for her wedding day.

Scotty called in to Majic 107.5's Ryan Cameron Uncensored radio show on Tuesday to explain Issa's custom order.

He said Issa walked into his West Coast location to order the timeless wedding jewelry.

Issa wanted platinum fangs with inset diamonds -- and only the best quality diamonds would suffice. Scotty said he had no idea who she was until after she placed her order and left.

It isn't every day that a bride orders a custom bridal grill.

Scotty said he made a backup piece just in case something went wrong or the first one didn't fit.

If you live in Georgia, you can visit Scotty at his Decatur store at 1900 Candler Rd, Decatur, GA 30032.

Question: What do you think of Issa's custom bridal grill?

Derek Fisher is officially off the market. The 46-year-old WNBA coach tied the knot with Gloria Govan on Saturday, July 17, at Cielo Farms in Malibu, PEOPLE reports.

Fisher and Govan got engaged in April 2018 after dating three years. But their wedding date was postponed due to the pandemic.

"We got engaged in 2018, and we eagerly started planning the wedding, but, unfortunately, like many, we had to cancel our big day," Govan, 36, tells PEOPLE.

"There were times we thought we should have a Zoom wedding instead of waiting but quickly realized our families being a part of the big day was important and our kids, who are just as excited as we are."

The couple had planned to delay their wedding news until after their honeymoon. However, they changed their minds when rumors swirled that Fisher was creeping with his late pal Kobe Bryant's widow, Vanessa Bryant.

Speculation ran wild after photos surfaced that showed Fisher and Bryant sitting together at a WNBA game.

Fisher is the current head coach of the Los Angeles Sparks WNBA team. He coached the New York Knicks from 2014 to 2016 and won 5 NBA Championships as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers.

In her livestream, she wore the same pajamas that she changed into after her wedding ceremony.

Viewers couldn't help but notice Jeannie's immodesty in her livestream. Jeannie explained that her boobs kept popping out of her pajama top because her Fabletics bra is "a little too small for me."

In response to the question about her co-hosts, Jeannie explained that the guest list was restricted to people she and Jeezy knew personally.

She said Jeezy had a guest list of people that were "so special to him", but they weren't invited because they didn't know her personally.

Then she tried to clean it up by stating the guest list was kept small due to "Covid restrictions" in Atlanta (there are no Covid restrictions in Georgia).

Jeannie also said her co-hosts were among the first to know about the wedding because she called them and informed them beforehand.

Last week, they returned to Instagram with a romantic post, indicating they were still lovebirds.

Jeannie Mai Jenkins is still on cloud 9 after tying the knot with rapper Jeezy, real name Jay Jenkins.

"The Real" co-host married Jeezy on March 27 at their mansion in Atlanta. She discussed the couple's nuptials during Tuesday's episode of the daytime talk show.

Jeannie revealed she officially signed her name with her new surname for the first time.

"So today, actually with my [executive producer] Rachel, I officially signed my name for the first time with Jenkins to it.

Jeannie said she signed her name "we can put it into the show credit that you see today. That was the first time I've ever signed it, in its official way, so I'm so proud to finally be Mrs. Jenkins!"

Jeannie, 42, also opened up about her wedding day to the raspy voice rapper. She wore a custom nude Galia Lahav gown with a sheer bodice over a billowing chiffon skirt.

"I knew that I wanted something very effervescent and nude. I did not want to wear white, because we all know that white symbolizes purity, and that ship has sailed! I knew I wanted nude because the color, it represents how skin deep I want to be with Jay. It's a color that represents how transparent we are with each other."

Jeannie was forced to quit "Dancing with the Stars" in November when she was rushed to hospital with epiglottitis, a potentially life-threatening inflammation in the throat that can block airflow.

She underwent emergency surgery, and later said Jeezy was her "rock" and stayed by her side throughout the procedure.

Rapper Jeezy and Jeannie Mai tied the knot during an intimate wedding ceremony in the garden of their Atlanta home on March 27.

The couple applied for a marriage license at the Fulton County clerk's office on Monday, March 29.

They met in 2018 and got engaged last year. It is Jeannie's second marriage and Jeezy's first.

Vogue.com obtained exclusive photos of the intimate wedding in the garden of the couple's mansion. The photos were snapped by photographer Denis Regie.

Jeannie said, "Nothing like getting married in our very own backyard."

The 43-year-old rapper wore a pink suit designed by his favorite tailor, TeoFilo Flor. Meanwhile, Jeannie, 40, wore an off-white silk taffeta bridal gown designed by Galia Lahav.

"I envisioned this gown before it was even made," Jeannie said. "I can't believe it turned out so perfect. It's the most beautiful gown I have ever seen."

She added: "I collaborated with my stylist Lisa Cera and the Galia Lahav atelier to custom design the layers and the perfect hue. The finished product was everything I envisioned."

The couple had two ceremonies to honor both cultures. "The tea ceremony was very sacred to us," Jeannie told Vogue.

Her father walked her down the aisle. "We were so glad he did. My dad is my rock," she said.

And since they live in wide open Atlanta, no one wore face masks to the wedding.

The 42-year-old Capricorn was married to her high school sweetheart Freddy Harteis from 2007 until 2017. The couple divorced after she discussed their childless marriage on the Fox TV-owned talk show "The Real."

Jeanie previously discussed having two wedding ceremonies to honor both of their cultures.

Jeezy explained why he proposed to Jeannie in an interview on the Fat Joe Show.

"When you get the one, you can't even play with it," he said. "When you locked in mentally, that's the battle right there. You want to build, you want to grow."

For many couples who wait 3 or 4 years to tie the knot, the Dopamine has already faded and the bare bones of their relationship are exposed.

What happens next depends on how equally yoked they are.
