Dre, 55, complained she won't allow him to send someone to pick up his golf clubs, a motorcycle, and a gun.

"Mr. Young sent someone to Malibu this morning to pick up some of his personal belongings (something Ms. Young does almost daily at the Brentwood home)," Dr. Dre's lawyer writes in a note to Nicole's attorneys. "At first, your client said ok, but after walking away for 5 minutes (assumedly to call your office) she came back and rejected the request.

"The items in question are Mr. Young's golf clubs, his motorcycle, and his registered firearm for return to the gun safe at Chalon (the couple's former Brentwood home)."

In the documents, Dre claims he has allowed Nicole access to his home to collect various items she has requested and is demanding he can retrieve his stuff from the beach house.

Dre argued his personal items are not community property because a valid prenuptial agreement is in place.

The rapper/producer and his wife also disagree over the validity of their prenup agreement. She confirmed she signed the document but he ripped it up in front of her as proof of his love for her at the time.

In the divorce, Dre claims all of his businesses and a large portion of his $1 billion fortune is his sole and separate property that she is not entitled to.

Dre and Nicole, 50, share four sons, Curtis, Marcel, Andre, and Truth, and a daughter named Truly. They were married for 24 years.

Dr. Dre, real name Andre Young, is requesting his pre-nuptial agreement be enforced in his divorce from wife Nicole Young.

Nicole, 50, filed for divorce in June after 24 years of marriage. Nicole, who shares two adult children with Dre, cited irreconcilable differences in her divorce paperwork. The couple married on May 25, 1996.

Dr. Dre's net worth is estimated to be around $800 million after he sold his Beats by Dre audio products to Apple Inc. for $3 billion in cash in 2014.

Nicole's lawyer cited irreconcilable differences in her petition to end the couple's marriage, and now Dre, 55, has responded to the divorce petition via top celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser.

In the new paperwork, obtained by TMZ, Dre notes the date of separation as March 27, 2020 shortly after the coronavirus lockdown began.

Dre said he has no issue paying spousal support, but he wants the pre-nup enforced to protect his assets.

The mega producer is seeking to have any division of property made in accordance with their pre-nup, which was not mentioned in Nicole's divorce documents.

California is a community property state, meaning couples are entitled to equal distribution of assets acquired during a marriage.

Dre has a total of 6 children, including a son named Marcel with singer Michel'le. He fathered his first child when he was 16 years old.

This is the 2nd divorce for Nicole, who was previously married to former NBA player Sedale Threatt.
