According to Reality TV Scandals blog, reality TV personality and local attorney Phaedra Parks finally sat for her deposition.

Tamika Fuller Ludacris

An anonymous source forwarded a court document filed in an Atlanta court by Chris "Ludacris" Bridges (the "Petitioner") which, along with the attorney's letter I posted this morning, provides further evidence that Ludacris' baby mama, Tamika Fuller, may have sought to use her (then) unborn baby to enrich herself financially and materially.

Ludacris has asked the court to cap Fuller's monthly child support at $1,700 for their 1-month-old baby, Cai Bella Bridges.

Atlanta judges historically frown upon gold diggers who use their infants to extort money from the fathers.

Porsha and Kordell Stewart

It's hard to tell what's real when it comes to fake reality shows these days.

With so many tiresome and boring reality shows crowding the television landscape, producers struggle to come up with unique ways to keep viewers tuned in. It is not unusual for reality show stars to involve the courts -- and even the police -- who unwittingly provide drama to boost TV ratings.

Lawsuits are often filed, but after the season ends, the lawsuits are quietly withdrawn; or the legal paperwork is filed incorrectly so the case is tossed out on technicalities.

Troubled singer Chris Brown's attorney Mark Geragos responded angrily to allegations made by the Los Angeles County district attorney and prosecutors that Brown faked his community service paperwork.

The District Attorney's office is seeking to revoke singer Chris Brown's probation based on what they called "fraudulent" paperwork. According to documents filed by the DA's office, Brown filed reports claiming he was painting murals at a children's center and picking up trash in Virginia when he was actually on a plane to Cancun, Mexico.

"Apparently the district attorney's office has completely lost their minds," Geragos told the LA Times. "They are making scurrilous, libelous and defamatory statements and apparently have lost their ability to read their own reports."
