In a video on Instagram, Eva Marcille "thanked" retired rapper Da Brat for a gift box of custom slippers. She says she was cleaning up her room when she found an old box that she never opened.

The box contained slippers featuring the faces of late celebrities such as Tupac Shakur and Nipsey Hussle.

Eva captioned the video:

"Thank you @sosobrat It has always been the little things for me. Now I'm cleaning up my bedroom and I noticed I still have a few huge boxes that I need to unpack and I opened one that was filled with the most epic slippers!!!! Yay shout out to @sosobrat For thinking of me and making this happen and thank you so much @sockcess13 @slipperheadz20 For my amazing slippers. They are detailed, personal and they are beautiful. I love them and thank you so much."

One confused follower wrote: "Anyone has an issue with nobody looks anything like what they're supposed to or is it just me???"

Another wrote: "That pic of Nip doesn't look like him whatsoever.. none of the pics look like who their supposed to.. I'm just saying."

This is just one of the ways that celebrities circumvent the FCC's rules on sponsored posts or paid ads.

The FCC has made examples of stars who forgot or ignored the rules which requires attaching "Ad" to paid ads.

Eva Marcille is leaving "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" after three seasons. Eva announced her decision to leave "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" on The Rickey Smiley Show on Tuesday.

"I appreciate the bond of friendship that I've made with my castmates and strong personal relationships I have with numerous executives and producers of Bravo," she said during an appearance on The Ricky Smiley Morning Show.

"I am thankful for the opportunity I was provided, however, after speaking with my family and representatives, I believe that what I hope to accomplish for the culture and community will be better served by focusing on other opportunities. I look forward to serving the community on ‘Ricky Smiley Morning Show’ and finding other ways to be a voice during this transformational time during our country for people of color."

The 35-year-old mother-of-three married Michael Todd Sterling in September 2018. The couple share Michael Todd Sterling Jr., 2, and 1-year-old son, Maverick. She also shares a daughter, Marley Rae, with her ex Kevin McCall.

"I have a 6-year-old daughter and two young boys still in diapers. They are 24 hours a day and there is a lot of work to be done. I decided to spend my time and energy focusing on my kids and my community and not so much reality show business.

"I believe my time is up," she said, before adding she respects the RHOA cast members.

"I love every single one of those black women. They are all queens all in their own right. They are stars and I wish them the most successful season and transformational Season 13 that the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' has ever seen."

Fulton County Sheriff's Office

Reality star Eva Marcille's ex Kevin McCall was arrested following a scuffle at the Fulton County Justice Center Tower on Tuesday in Atlanta.

According to Fox 5 News, McCall, of West Los Angeles, entered the courthouse while live-streaming on his cell phone. When a deputy sergeant with the Fulton County Sheriff's Office ordered him to turn off the livestream, McCall, 34, continued to stream on his cell phone and "used profane and abusive language" toward the deputy sergeant.

McCall's face allegedly hit the deputy sergeant's hand when the officer attempted to take McCall into custody.

When other deputies piled on to assist the sergeant, officials say the sergeant and McCall fell down one of the courthouse's escalators. Neither man was injured during the fall.

McCall was charged with felony 2nd-degree criminal damage to property, misdemeanor obstruction of a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor terroristic threats, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor simple assault, according to Fox 5.

He is being held in jail without bail.

Roy Moore Doug Jones

Democrat Doug Jones upset Republican Roy Moore in the Alabama special election to win the senate seat vacated by Attorney General Jeff Sessions last year.

Jones' win is all the more remarkable because Alabama is the reddest state in America, but Moore was unable to overcome those pesky sexual harassment allegations that plagued his campaign.
