Nicki Minaj models for Roberto Cavalli

Rap star Nicki Minaj is the new face of Roberto Cavalli. The petite rapper appears in ethnic images taken by Francesco Carrozzini for the Italian fashion house's Spring/Summer 2015 campaign. The company said in a statement: "The tribal dance of Nicki Minaj enchants the lens, while the heat of the sun and the powerful colours inebriates the mind." W magazine also featured Rihanna in similar tribal costume and war paint for its controversial September 2014 cover. I guess Nicki declined the war paint.

Ciara covers Paper magazine

The saying goes: "Good artists borrow, great artists steal." It seems that songbird Ciara borrowed some elements from Jennifer Lopez's August 2013 W magazine cover for her August 2013 cover of PAPER magazine. Both ladies wear sultry fishnet that leave nothing to the imagination. Ciara flexed her muscles in Christian Siriano and Natalie Joos sheer top, while J-Lo looked simply smashing in a Gucci dress on the W cover. Ciara completed her outfit with a pair of exotic animal print Christian Louboutins. So I gotta ask: who wore it worse?

Ciara-Fader_500x604.jpgCiara Covers Fader Magazine

Pop singer Ciara hopes her upcoming album will return her to her former glory as an A-list entertainer. In preparation for her album's release, Ciara shot a fashion layout for the cover of Fader magazine's June/July summer issue, on newsstands June 25th.

In addition to releasing new music, Ciara is relishing her dopamine relationship with producer and rapper, Future.

The 27-year-old Austin, Texas native recently flexed her muscles by blocking the release of Rihanna and Future's duet single "Love Song".

Ciara and Rihanna's feud was reignited in May when Ciara asked Rihanna to explain why they have beef since Rihanna is "so vocal."

In an interview with The Source, Future said, “We never shot a video, we never performed it. I don't know whether it was because of that situation or if just the time hasn't come up."
