Jada Pinkett Smith brought in the New Year "with open arms" in a post on Instagram.

In the photo, Jada wore a sky blue and white "Cancun" bikini by Melissa Odabash (retail $234) which she accessorized with a splash of gold jewelry.

She captioned the post, "welcome you 2021 with open arms. I have no expectations. I'm going to be still and grateful."

The 49-year-old Red Table Talk host ushered out 2021 by vowing she would never loan money to broke family members because "I'm not trying to have fallouts over money."

The Girls Trip star has set strict rules for herself when it comes to sharing her wealth, because she doesn't want relationships to be ruined over someone's failure to repay a loan.

"First of all, I don't lend money. I only give money that I am willing to give like, 'This is a gift.'

"I do not lend money because that turns into a lot of problems, just as far of the expectation of people paying you back or what have you. So I tend to not give where I can't just say, 'Here's a gift to you.' Specifically people who are close to me, 'cause I'm not trying to have fallouts over money."

Happy New Year! A special shout out goes to those of you who have stuck with me since I started my blog journey in 2007.

2020 changed our lives forever, as politicians and globalists figured out how to use fear mongering to control Americans and force their agendas.

Thanks to local lawmakers here in Georgia (Republican and Democrat) who refused to impose draconian restrictions such as lockdowns and mask mandates on Georgia residents.

Georgia is one of a handful of states that remains open during the Corona flu outbreak.

More people died from suicide, drug abuse, alcoholism and loneliness than from the pandemic itself in 2020.

As we say goodbye to 2020 and usher in 2021 with sadness and hope for a brighter future, free from tyranny and oppression, here are Sandrarose.com's most popular posts of 2020.

George Floyd made my Top 10 list twice. Floyd's death, at the knee of a Minneapolis police officer in May, became a flashpoint for Black Lives Matter riots and looting over the summer.

My number 1 most popular post in 2020 will surprise you!

Cardi has a lot to be thankful for. On Tuesday, the 27-year-old mother of one gave her followers the grand tour of the new $5.8 million mansion.

My real estate friend was unable to find any public records for the sale of this home. But she did find a $35,000-a-month rental listing for the same address. The rental was taken off the market in October.

The house sat for two years before Cardi and Offset came along. The owners chopped $4 million off the original sales price before listing it for rent.

$35,000 a month is nothing to sneeze at. Cardi is doing the right thing if she is renting. Why buy a house that she will have a very difficult time unloading in a few years?

The 22-square-foot mansion in affluent Sandy Springs, near Chastain Park boasts 5 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 4-car garage, a man cave/game room and a gun range.

Question: Did you accomplish your 10-year goals? What are your goals for the upcoming decade?
