Illegal immigrants who lost work during the Covid-19 lockdown in New York state will receive one-time payments of $15,600.
The payments will come from a $2.1 billion fund as part of the $212 billion budget deal approved by the Democrat-controlled New York state legislature.
Nearly 100,000 undocumented immigrants in New York are eligible for the $15,600 "first tier" payments.
Additionally, 200,000 undocumented immigrants will qualify for the second tier of the program that pays $3,200 per worker.
Americans who were out of work during the lockdown received unemployment benefits and stimulus checks, including a $1,400 stimulus payment recently approved by Congress.
Undocumented workers will collect up to $15,600 if they can prove they were disqualified for unemployment benefits due to their immigration status.
Black Americans who are still waiting for slavery reparations are baffled and confused by NY's $15,600 payments to immigrants.

Texas is following the standards set by wide open Florida and Georgia by reopening businesses and lifting mask mandates.
On Tuesday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced he is canceling the mask mandate and reopening all businesses in the state.
Abbott said all businesses will fully reopen starting March 10.
This is welcome news for business owners who suffered catastrophic losses during the coronavirus outbreak last year.
"Removing statewide mandates does not end personal responsibility," Abbott said. "It's just that now state mandates are no longer needed."
Texas is the largest state to lift mask mandates. Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp canceled mask mandates early last year -- despite pushback from Democratic lawmakers in the state.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis also canceled mask mandates and opened his state for business last year.
Florida and Georgia have lower death and infection rates when compared to lockdown states such as California and New York.
The CDC warned states should reopen slowly due to virus "variants" and "mutations" in the wild.
California's authoritarian governor Gavin Newsom on Thursday issued another stay-at-home order affecting 94% of the state starting on Saturday, Nov. 21.
Gatherings and nonessential work are prohibited between 10 pm and 5 am in 41 out of 58 counties until December 21.
Sheriff's offices in Orange County, El Dorado County, and Sacramento say they will not enforce Newsom's latest lockdown order.
OC Sheriff Don Barnes released a statement Thursday evening saying his office has better things to do than respond to calls about face masks and social gatherings.
Californians are sick and tired of Newsom's orders -- which he and his do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do Democratic colleagues willfully ignore.
Newsom was spotted dining out with 11 of his friends at a Napa County restaurant on Nov. 6, with nary a mask in sight. The group did not follow any of his Covid-19 safety measures, including social distancing and face masks between bites.
The public backlash to the leaked photos of Newsom and his maskless friends was so intense that Newsom issued an apology and claimed he and his guests were dining "outside."
Top pathologist Dr. Roger Hodkinson said the pandemic is "the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public."
"There is utterly unfounded public hysteria driven by the media and politicians, it's outrageous, this is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public," said Hodkinson during a Zoom call with Alberta government officials this week.

Deutsche Bank is proposing a 5% work-from-home tax that could raise $49 billion per year in taxes in the U.S.
The Covid-19 lockdowns have caused an unprecedented shift of the U.S. workforce from offices to working remotely at home.
According to reports, Americans who work from home have increased from 5% in 2005 to 56% in 2020.
The bank argues that employees who work from home enjoy less stress, higher pay and savings on expenses such as gas, car repairs, lunch, work clothes, and dry cleaning."
Americans who work from home would pay a 5% tax for each work from home day .
For example, if an American who works from home averages $55,000 a year in salary, a tax of 5 percent works out to just over $10 per working day.
Deutsche Bank's proposal claims "a big chunk of people have disconnected themselves from the face-to-face world yet are still leading a full economic life."
The money raised from WFH employees would subsidize a $1,500 grant to the 29 million workers who can't work from home and/or earn under $30,000 a year (excluding those who earn tips).
A British woman said she was threatened with a police visit to her home if she didn't download a Covid-19 tracking app.
According to LockdownSkeptics.org, the woman from Skipton tested positive for COVID-19 and immediately self-isolated in her home.
What followed was a flurry of 20 texts from the National Health Service (NHS) demanding that she download the NHS "track and trace" App.
She refused to download the app since she is already self-isolating. Her refusal prompted a phone call from the Test and Trace system. The caller threatened her with a "police check at your address if you do not download the app."
According to Zerohedge.com, the track and trace app is "completely voluntary" and authorities have no grounds to enforce downloads.
England and Wales are under emergency "Tier 3" lockdowns which means everything is shut down except hospitals and grocery stores.
Residents are stopped at the entrance to grocery stores by police who ask them what they plan to purchase inside. Only "essential items" may be purchased. Items such as cakes, sanitary napkins, makeup, books and clothing are not considered essential items.
London is also banning protests of more than two people. It is unlawful to gather in large crowds to demonstrate against London's restrictive lockdowns.
Protests such as this Black Lives Matter demonstration on June 20 are outlawed in London, England, at least until December.

Ice Cube laughed and referred to Black Democrats as "sheeple" in response to a follower who asked him who he voted for on Nov. 3.
"Neither one...I've always endorsed the sheeple," he said.
In a follow-up tweet, he wrote:
"Let me get this straight, I get the president of the United States to agree to put over half a trillion dollars of capital in the Black Community (without an endorsement) and Niggas are mad at me? [crying laughing emojis] ...have a nice life."
Other Trump supporters fear that, if Biden and Harris win, they will abandon the Black community.
Social media users list the following that might impact the Black community:
1. Lockdowns will begin in January.
2. Significant job losses will negatively impact Black people.
3. Evictions will skyrocket.
4. National mask mandate that ends in 2022 (midterm elections).
5. Black people forced to accept the "Mark of the Beast" (vaccines).
6. Black men will be sterilized and Black births will drop.
Others call Trump supporters "doomers" who spread conspiracy theories because their side lost. They point to the Democrats' promise to send $1,200 checks to Black people next year.

Over 40% of NYC residents have fled the city for greener pastures. NY retailers boarded up their stores in anticipation of post-election rioting by supporters of President Donald Trump of Joe Biden. The rioting never materialized because the city is deserted.
The streets of New York City are empty as NYC residents stay in their homes. Violent crimes in the city spiked during a summer of rioting and unrest.
Experts expect the city to remain a ghost town at least until the midterm elections in 2022.
