Megan Thee Stallion feels betrayed by ex-boyfriend Tory Lanez. In a cover story for Rolling Stone magazine, Megan, 27, said her experience with Lanez caused her to lose trust in men.

Megan was allegedly shot in the foot by Lanez during a squabble in July 2020. He is awaiting trial on the attempted murder charge.

She says she raps about some of the pain and anguish she endured in her second studio album, which she hopes to release this summer.

"I want to take you through so many different emotions," she says of the album. "At first you was twerking, now you might be crying."

Megan says she still has nightmares about the shooting that nearly ended her life.

"'Right now we're going through some dark things. You are built for this,'" she says, referring to herself in the third party. "'God must got something good planned for you, because I don't think he'll put you through this if he wasn't going to give you your reward at the end.'"

WENN/Avalon

"I'm trying every day to get through it and be good," she cried. "I feel so bad because I don't feel like anybody's taking me seriously, but I don't want them to see me cry. I don't want them to know that I feel like this, because I don't want them to feel like, 'Oh, I got you. I'm breaking you.'"

She has only dark thoughts about the 29-year-old rapper - she wants to see him pay for his crime when he goes to trial in September.

Speaking to herself, she said, "'I feel like you've already tried to break me enough. You've already shot me. So, why are you dragging it out like this? Like, what else? Have you hated me this much the whole time and I didn't see it?'"

"I thought we had a real connection. I thought he knew me. And I never would’ve thought he would’ve shot at me," she said.

She added: "I want him to go to jail. I want him to go under the jail."

Madonna and rapper Tory Lanez sparked dating rumors after they were spotted attending a boxing match together in Brooklyn, NY on Saturday.

In one photo, Madonna and Tory hid behind a church fan at the WBA World Lightweight Championship title match between Gervonta Davis and Rolando Romero at the Barclays Center.

Madonna, 63, and Tory, 29, predicted Davis would win the fight.

Davis knocked out Romero in the sixth round of a match that boxing analysts say Davis was behind on every card.

Madonna also attended the fight with her adopted son David Banda. The teenager wore a red Adidas dress over a pair of shorts.

The Madonna-Tory dating rumors seem odd considering that Tory still owes Madonna royalties for a song he sampled without permission.

The Toronto native sampled Madonna's "Into the Groove" on the track "Pluto's Last Comet." Madonna slid into the comments of one of Tory Lanez's Instagram posts and accused him of using the sample without permission.

"Read your messages [for] illegal usage of my song get into the groove!" she wrote.

According to Spotify, Tory Lanez credited himself as the only songwriter on "Pluto's Last Comet."

"Into the Groove" was written by Madonna and Stephen Bray, and appeared on the soundtrack of her 1985 film Desperately Seeking Susan. The single also appeared on the reissue of her 1984 album Like a Virgin.

A doctor who examined Megan Thee Stallion apparently disputed her story that she was shot in the foot by rapper Tory Lanez.

An emotional Megan recently sat down with CBS Mornings anchor Gayle King for an exclusive interview. She said Tory pointed a firearm at her and shouted "dance b*tch!" during an argument in 2020.

"And all I hear is this man screaming. And he said, 'Dance, b***h', and he started shooting. And I'm just like, 'Oh, my God.' Like, he shot a couple of times. And I was so scared."

However, a doctor who allegedly examined the "WAP" rapper that night says her injuries were caused by broken glass, not gunshots.

According to a police report obtained by On Smash, Megan was treated for lacerations caused by stepping on broken glass.

Megan has always maintained that she was shot and that bullet fragments are still in her foot. But Tory's fans are skeptical.

Megan also told Gayle King that her ex-boyfriend offered her $1 million to keep quiet after the alleged shooting.

Megan Thee Stallion lashed out at critics who say she faked her tears during an interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings.

Megan sat down with King for an exclusive interview about the night she was shot in the foot by ex-boyfriend Tory Lanez.

At one point Megan became emotional as she recalled Lanez shooting at her and yelling "dance b*tch!"

"It's like everything happens so fast. And all I hear is this man screaming. And he said, 'Dance, b***h', and he started shooting. And I'm just like, 'Oh, my God.' Like, he shot a couple of times. And I was so scared."

However, Twitter users noticed Megan was crying but no tears fell.

Actress Vivica A. Fox criticized Megan for doing the interview. Fox said Megan should let the courts handle it.

And TV mogul 50 Cent clowned Megan for pausing when King asked her if she had sex with Tory.

It was all too much for the "WAP" rapper. She took to Twitter to give her critics a piece of her mind.

Megan Thee Stallion opened up about the night she was shot in the foot by ex-boyfriend Tory Lanez in 2020.

The couple had just left a party at Kylie Jenner's house in Calabasas, California when she was shot after an intense argument.

"I was so scared," Megan told Gayle King in an exclusive interview that aired Monday on CBS Mornings.

"There was an argument in the car?" asked King.

"It was an argument because I was ready to go and everybody else wasn't ready to go. But that's, like, normal friend stuff," Megan said.

'Like, we fuss about silly stuff all the time. But I never put my hands on anybody. I never raised my voice too loud. Like, this was one of them times where it was, like, it shouldn’t have got this crazy."

Megan said she was shot as she got out of the SUV she was riding in with Lanez and her former bestie, Kelsey.

"It's like everything happens so fast. And all I hear is this man screaming. And he said, 'Dance, b***h', and he started shooting. And I'm just like, 'Oh, my God.' Like, he shot a couple of times. And I was so scared."

A text message sent by Kelsey to a member of Megan's security reads: "Help. Tory shot Meg."

The text was sent on July 12, 2020 at 7:27 a.m.

Lanez pleaded not guilty to assault with a deadly weapon. He was jailed earlier this month after a judge cited him for taunting Megan in messages on social media. He posted bond after he was handcuffed in court for violating a protective order.

Tory Lanez was handcuffed in a California courtroom after he appeared for a hearing in his felony assault case on Tuesday.

Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, is charged with shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion during an incident in Calabasas, CA. in 2020.

The rapper was reportedly arrested after he arrived at the Los Angeles courthouse for his hearing. According to Rolling Stone reporter Nancy Dillion, Lanez, 29, was handcuffed in court and remanded to custody until he posts bail of $350,000.

The judge reportedly found Lanez in violation of the no contact order against him.

Lanez allegedly violated the order by posting messages about the case on social media. The judge determined that Lanez directed some of his tweets at Megan Thee stallion, whose legal name is Megan Pete, 27.

Dillon went on to say:

"Judge David Herriford heard nearly an hour of argument about Lanez's tweets and said some 'seem to be clear messages' to Megan. He added a new condition to Lanez's release that he's 'not to mention the complaining witness in this case in any social media.'"

Lanez's assault trial is set for September 14, 2022.

The Los Angeles County D.A.'s Office previously issued a statement saying they are confident evidence supports the felony assault charge against Lanez.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office issued a statement regarding its strong case against Tory Lanez.

Tory is on trial for shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion in both feet in July 2020.

In a statement to HipHopDX, the L.A. County DA expressed confidence in their case against the 29-year-old Canadian.

"Although we are legally prohibited from commenting on the evidence and will continue to abide by that obligation, our office is under an ethical duty to only proceed on charges which we believe can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt and which have already been upheld by a judge after presentation of evidence at the preliminary hearing. We believe the evidence substantially supports the charges and allegations and that evidence will be borne out in court."

WENN.com

The statement was released amid reports that the D.A.'s case against Tory was weak.

On Wednesday, Instagram blogger Akademiks claimed Tory's DNA was not found on the gun allegedly used to shoot Megan.

However, Page Six reporter Eileen Resner tweeted:

"FAKE NEWS ALERT: Any reports of Tory Lanez's DNA not being found on the weapon in the Megan Thee Stallion case are FALSE. Today's pre-trial hearing was just postponed to April 5 and that fake news tweet was sent out before the hearing even started."

She added that she'd spoken with Megan's attorney, Alex Spiro, who told her in response to DJ Akademiks' tweet, "This is nothing more than the dishonest machinations of a desperate man."

NGRE / BACKGRID

After Megan and Akademiks exchanged tense social media messages, she posted and deleted an apology text from Tory that read:

"Meg, I know u prolly never gone to talk to me again. But I genuinely want u to know I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart. And I was just too drunk. None the less shit should have never happened and I can't change what I did. I just feel horrible."

Megan then posted:

"Lie yo way out of this ... if you ain't do shit what you was apologizing for? THE LAWYERS GOT YO PHNE RECORDS AND MINE. ALL YOUR TXT. THEY GOT YOU RECORDED ON THE JAIL PHONE TALKING TO KELSEY APOLOGIZING BEGGING US NOT TO TALK."

However, Tory explained that the text message was his way of apologizing for sleeping with both Megan and her former best friend, Kelsey, which led to the argument the night of the shooting.

The trial continues in April. Tory faces a maximum sentence of 22 years in prison if convicted.

A judge has given Tory Lanez one last chance to stay out of jail.

The Canadian-born rapper's bail was increased from $190,000 to $250,000 after he appeared at the same event as ex-girlfriend Megan Thee Stallion last month.

Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, was allegedly within 100 yards of Megan when rapper DaBaby brought him out onstage at Rolling Loud festival in Miami.

Prosecutors filed a motion asking a judge to hold Tory in contempt of court for violating a restraining order by getting too close to the "Savage" rapper.

However, the judge let the rapper off with a warning to stay away from Megan, according to TMZ. The judge also modified his bail conditions to specifically prohibit him from attending any events where Megan might be.

That means he has to check ahead of time to see if she is scheduled to attend an event that he is planning to attend. If she is there -- even if its a paid gig for Tory -- he has to cancel his appearance.

The judge also said if he violates the restraining order again, he will be remanded into custody. This is his last and final warning.

Tory was charged with felony assault last year for allegedly shooting Megan in the foot following a party in Los Angeles.

Prosecutors say aspiring rapper Tory Lanez violated a restraining order requiring him to stay away from Megan Thee Stallion.

Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, was allegedly within 100 yards of Megan when rapper DaBaby brought him out onstage at Rolling Loud festival in Miami last month.

Prosecutors filed a motion asking a judge to hold Lanez in contempt of court for violating a restraining order by getting too close to the "Savage" rapper.

Sources tell TMZ that Lanez didn't even see his ex-girlfriend at the music festival. However prosecutors insist that Lanez, who was charged with felony assault for allegedly shooting Megan in the foot last summer, was within 100 yards of her.

100 yards is the length of a football field. That's sufficient distance to file documents to revoke Lanez's bail and send him back to jail.

A hearing on the contempt motion is set for next week, TMZ reports.

Lanez was recently spotted out and about with a mystery woman.

He was discovered by hip-hop/reggae singer Sean Kingston. He signed to record producer Benny Blanco's Mad Love Records in 2015.

Lanez is best known for his debut studio album, I Told You, which dropped in 2016. His fifth studio album Daystar, which debuted at number 10 on the Billboard 200, featured responses to the allegations that he shot Megan, real name Megan Jovon Ruth Pete, 26.

The arraignment for Tory Lanez, the trouble singer accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion, was postponed until November.

Lanez, 28, was hit with 1 count of assault with a firearm and 1 count of possession of a loaded, unregistered gun. The hearing was postponed on Tuesday, Oct. 13, according to court records.

The musician, born Daystar Peterson, attended the hearing via phone in an L.A. County courtroom, and since the hearing was postponed, he didn't enter a plea.

According to TMZ, Peterson was ordered to stay 100 yards away from the rapper, and not contact her. He was also ordered to surrender any guns he owns.

His bail was set at $190K, which he'll be posting via a bondsman present at the hearing, TMZ reported.

Megan, 26, was allegedly shot in the foot during an altercation in an SUV after the pair attended a pool party in the Hollywood Hills, amid the pandemic in July.

The hearing was held on the same day Megan wrote an op-ed in The New York Times in which she spoke up for Black female victims of domestic violence.

BACKGRID

Megan said she's not afraid of being criticized. She denied being in a relationship with Peterson.

"I was recently the victim of an act of violence by a man," she wrote. "After a party, I was shot twice as I walked away from him. We were not in a relationship. Truthfully, I was shocked that I ended up in that place."

She also addressed the criticism she received for not speaking out earlier.

"My initial silence about what happened was out of fear for myself and my friends. Even as a victim. I have been met with skepticism and judgment. The way people have publicly questioned and debated whether I played a role in my own violent assault proves that my fears about discussing what happened were, unfortunately, warranted."

Tory Lanez was officially charged in connection with a shooting incident involving rapper Megan Thee Stallion.

The arrest came weeks after the singer released his album claiming his innocence. The Los Angeles County District Attorney hit the rapper with one count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and one count of carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.

If convicted, Lanez faces up to 22 years behind bars.

Lanez was apprehended by police after leaving the scene of a shoot-out at a Hollywood Hills party in July. The shooting left "Savage" rapper Megan with shrapnel wounds to her foot that required medical attention.

At the time of his arrest in July, he was only charged with possession of a firearm.

The case became a much bigger deal when Megan went public and claimed Tory, real name Daystar Peterson, was the person who shot her.

"Yes, this n***a Tory shot me. You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people to these blogs lying and s**t, stop lying!" she raged online in August.

She went on to reveal she was shot from behind as she got out of Tory's vehicle and started walking away following a heated confrontation.

Peterson's arraignment is scheduled for next week.

Hip-Hop fans say Tory Lanez is dead to them after he attempted to profit off the shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion.

Megan, 25, claimed she was shot in the foot in July, following an argument with Tory after the pair attended a party in the Hollywood Hills.

Megan Thee Stallion is speaking out after one of her ex-boyfriends accused her of abusing him.

Megan, who has been linked to over a dozen men including Trey Songz and Tristan Thompson, allegedly assaulted her ex-boyfriend Karim York while on drugs.

York allegedly wrote a message accusing Megan of abusing him. In the letter, York described an anonymous woman aiming a gun at his head and attempting to strangle him.

The "WAP" rapper denied the claims on Instagram. "Stop lying on me," she said during an Instagram Live session.

The 26-year-old rapper said, "That ni**a not talkin' 'bout me. Stop puttin' ni**as on me. Stop making stories up. F*** y'all, 'cause I'mma hit you with the facts every time you tell a lie."

Megan, who is seemingly addicted to social media, continues to rage at her followers for constantly making up stories about her.

Recently, Megan was injured in the foot when Tory Lanez's gun discharged in an SUV they were both riding in.

Megan later claimed the musician shot her in the foot. Lanez was arrested in July and charged with felony possession of a weapon. He was released on bond.
