Tristan Thompson's attorney has responded after rumored fling, Sydney Chase, said she "will not be called a liar."

Celebrity lawyer Marty Singer sent a letter to Chase, telling her to put up or shut up.

"You have stated to the media that 'I will not be called a liar,'" Singer wrote in a letter obtained by Page Six.

"You claim that your statements about supposedly receiving texts from my client are true. You also were reading and quoting from those fictitious texts. You claim that those texts you allegedly received prove you had an affair with my client.

"However, notwithstanding continued requests from me and from the press to provide the texts to back up your specious accusations, you have refused to do so. On three separate occasions including my email today, we have asked you to give us copies of the texts you claim you received from my client, but you have refused."

Singer demanded that Chase stop defaming his client or he will file a lawsuit against her for slander and defamation.

"You keep changing the purported 'facts' to fit your story. We again demand that you stop defaming Mr. Thompson with defamatory falsehoods. If you persist in this wrongful conduct, you will continue to be exposed to significant liability."

Pressed by Page Six about whether she has text messages sent from Thompson during their fling, Chase said, "Yes, I obviously do but this is now a legal matter that lawyers will handle."

Chase also claimed that both Thompson and Kardashian messaged her privately since going public with her scandalous claims.

The 23-year-old model is making the best of her 15 minutes.

Page Six reported this week that she's set to host an evening at the Las Vegas Hustler Club on Friday. She also set up a pay-to-view OnlyFans account and is even shopping a reality show with her blonde bombshell gal pals (pictured).

Tristan Thompson's alleged fling Sydney Chase is unbothered after Tristan's attorney, Marty Singer, sent her a cease-and-desist letter.

The 23-year-old slender model ruffled Tristan's feathers when she claimed she slept with him back in January.

Sydney's claim is troublesome because Tristan, 30, is struggling to be a faithful fiancé to 36-year-old Khloé Kardashian, mother of his 3-year-old daughter, True Thompson.

Sydney previously said the Boston Celtics basketball star told her he was single before she let him slide inside.

Sydney defiantly took to her Instagram Stories to tell fans she won't stop telling her story despite the cease and desist. She said she finally received the letter after it was apparently sent to the wrong email address.

"I finally received the cease & desist hours after I made my post online," she wrote. "It was first sent to an email I no longer use. However I'm moving forward with the truth & am choosing not to comply."

"I will not be called a liar," she wrote at the bottom of her post.

Khloe and Tristan reportedly reunited last summer after she dumped him following his fling with Instagram model, Lani Blair, in 2018.

The serial cheater was also involved in another scandal with Kylie Jenner's now-former personal assistant, Jordyn Woods, in 2019.

Jordyn is still eating off that scandal. Get your bags ladies.

Vivica A. Fox offered some sisterly advice to Khloe Kardashian during an episode of Cocktails With Queens.

The 56-year-old actress shared her opinion of Khloe's one-sided relationship with serial cheater Tristan Thompson.

"It's time for Khloe to stop being a damn doormat for Tristan," Vivica said.

Vivica urged Khloe to have some self-respect and stop chasing Tristan.

"First of all, you are a Kardashian, girl. I'm sure it's plenty of brothers lining up. They all just wanna take a trip, you know what I mean. At this point, do you really want this kind of man to be a parental father figure to your children? The fact that he can't even respect mama? What foundation are you on, period?"

Tristan, 30, has struggled to be a faithful ex-husband to Khloe, 36, with whom he shares a daughter, True Thompson, 3.

He reportedly sent a cease-and-desist to model Sydney Chase, 23, who claims she had a steamy sex session with him in January.

Sydney won't stop talking about her fling with Tristan. She reportedly said Tristan told her he's just not that into Khloe, who has had extensive plastic surgery to appeal to men.

The Boston Celtics star also sent a cease-and-desist to Adam John Grandmaison, host of the "No Jumper" podcast, where Sydney first revealed her fling with the promiscuous ball player.

Grandmaison told Page Six on Tuesday that he erased the podcast video after consulting with his attorney.

"Yeah, we got a cease-and-desist and deleted it. Honestly, I wouldn't have posted it in the first place if I knew it was going to mess up a relationship."

The cease-and-desist, obtained by Page Six, states that Sydney (pictured) made "numerous false and defamatory statements” about Tristan on the podcast.

"You recklessly allowed Ms. Chase to make outlandish false statements about my client on the podcast without seeking to verify her claims in any way," the letter states.

Khloe Kardashian seemed to confirm rumors that her daughter, True Thompson, was conceived via in vitro fertilization (IVF).

Rumor had it that Khloe paid a surrogate to deliver True on April 12, 2018, but the rumor was never confirmed.

In 2020, Khloe opened up that she and Tristan were planning to give True a sibling via IVF.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, 36, revealed she has gone through IVF "three different times" in an attempt to give their 2-year-old daughter, True Thompson, a sibling.

Khloe's sister, Kim Kardashian admitted using a surrogate for children two, three and four, while Khloe refuses to admit she never carried her daughter to term.

"I froze my eggs once already and when I was ready to make embryos with Tristan, I was making embryos," she said on Sarah Hyland's "Ellen" original digital series, "Lady Parts."

Khloe added that "none of them survived" after she thawed the eggs that she had frozen.

After the failed attempts, Khloe said she realized her eggs "weren't strong enough" to be frozen.

"They should be mixed immediately with sperm to make embryos. So I actually have made embryos," Khloe said.

She didn't explain why she doesn't simply mix her eggs with Tristan's sperm naturally, the way God intended.

"They say, 'If you wanna make God laugh, tell him your plans,'" she said. "So the one time I'm actually really trying to plan, God is saying, 'Uh uh, you can't make your plans like this.'"

Khloe Kardashian is playing coy about the status of her relationship with baby daddy Tristan Thompson after showing off a huge diamond engagement ring online.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reality TV star shared a close up snap of her buttocks as she posed on her knees by an outdoor pool, wearing a pair of ankle boots from her new Good American shoe line.

She captioned the picture: "New @goodamerican shoes are dropping 2.25."

But it wasn't the fancy footwear that caught her Instagram followers' eyes -- it was the giant pear-shaped rock perched on her left ring finger. The boulder was on full display as she rested her perfectly-manicured paw on her derriere.

Fans were quick to speculate about the real purpose of Khloe's post, with one writing, "Is this her way of letting us know she's engaged?!" Another commented, "Ain't nobody lookin at those boots, hunny. We are looking at that RING!!!!"

Khloe, 36, has yet to address the new ring, but it appears to be the same piece of jewelry she was first spotted wearing on Christmas Day 2020, when she visited her baby daddy Tristan in Massachusetts, after he signed to the Boston Celtics.

She made the trip from her home in Los Angeles with the on/off couple's two-year-old daughter True Thompson, who they co-parented while living under the same roof during the coronavirus shutdown.

Khloe's social media reveal emerges just days after 40-year-old Kim Kardashian claimed her little sister was worried about what fans will think if she publicly reunites with Tristan.

Khloe and Tristan, 29, famously split following his cheating scandal in 2018.

The couple reunited, but called it quits again in February, 2019, after the NBA star was caught on camera kissing Jordyn Woods, the former personal assistant to Khloe's youngest half-sister, Kylie Jenner.

Speaking to Tristan in a teaser for this week's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" episode, Kim said, "I don't even think it's up to her anymore about getting over the past things that you guys have been through. I think it's just mostly what other people are gonna think. I think she's totally fine, otherwise she wouldn't be hanging out with you 24/7."

Tristan agreed, replying, "She's carrying a suitcase of other people's opinions and thoughts."

Khloe was previously married to retired basketball player, Lamar Odom, from 2009 until their divorce was eventually finalized in 2016.

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" was canceled in 2020.

Larsa Pippen has denied creeping with serial cheater Tristan Thompson behind Khloe Kardashian's back.

This should come as no surprise to Khloe, who dumped Tristan after he was caught on camera kissing a groupie two years ago.

Larsa, who is best known as former NBA star Scottie Pippen's ex-wife, was in the blogs after reports claimed she dated Tristan while smiling in Khloe's face.

Larsa, 46, denied the reports in a podcast interview, saying she knew Tristan before Khloe even met him. Larsa said Tristan wasn't her speed, so she let Khloe have him.

"I was kinda seeing Tristan before Khloe. Before Khloe or any of them knew he existed. I was seeing him. I had him come to LA. I brought him to a party Kim had. I introduced him to all of them. Then a week later, or 10 days later, he started seeing Khloe, which is fine. I don't even care. It's whatever."

Larsa and Scottie share 4 children. They divorced in 2016.

Khloe Kardashian has apparently accepted Tristan Thompson's cheating ways. Khloe and Tristan have dated on and off since 2016. They share a 2-year-old daughter, True Thompson.

They first broke up in 2018 when footage of the NBA star kissing another woman went viral.

This week, Khloe, 36, cracked jokes about Tristan's philandering while she was in quarantine after she tested positive for Covid-19.

She created a female out of a pillow which she named "Quarantina." Then she called Tristan to introduce him to her new friend.

"This is quarantina… I know how much you like other women, so...," she said.

A surprised Tristan replied: "Oh wow!"

Later Khloe praised 29-year-old Tristan for being attentive to her and True, while h*e hopping.

"I'm so thankful that Tristan has been here to help me take care of True. And then he'll just make me some food and leave it outside my door. Even though we're not together, we're just really good friends and I'm really, really grateful for that."

Tristan Thompson (left) was ejected from the Cleveland Cavaliers' game against the Memphis Grizzlies for trying to slap Memphis star Jae Crowder on the butt.

There was a time when the butt slap in sports was an expected part of the game. Players slapped each other on the butt as a way of saying "good job" or to motivate their teammates.

But with the increased focus on homosexuality and transgenderism in the media, the butt slap gesture has fallen out of favor with many macho players.

WENN.com reports the incident happened after Cavaliers star Thompson made his first of two free throws during the game on Friday, Jan. 17.

Crowder was walking near the free-throw line to leave the game when Khloe Kardashian's ex reached to give him a pat on the backside - which Crowder immediately rejected by slapping Thompson's hand away.

While the referee closest to the action let the gesture slide, another ref blew his whistle and gave Thompson his second technical foul of the game, which resulted in an automatic ejection.

Explaining the incident after the match, the part-time reality TV star commented:

"They might have taken it the wrong way probably because they forgot that, I don't know, we were teammates for half the year, so it feels like playing anyone else, like if I was playing Kyrie (Irving) or something. The same thing. They teched us. I'm definitely calling the PA (Players Association) to appeal that - one thousand per cent."

Thompson and Crowder were previously Cavaliers teammates from 2017 to 2018.

The Memphis Grizzlies won the game 113-109.

In a similar incident, NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. was nearly arrested when he got carried away and slapped a cop on his butt during a post-college national title celebration in the LSU locker room

A warrant was issued for the wide receiver's arrest but the warrant was later dropped when the cop withdrew his complaint.

Khloe Kardashian was surprised to receive a diamond necklace and promise ring from ex-fiancé Tristan Thompson during Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The 35-year-old reality star ended her relationship with the Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan after discovering he'd cheated on her with former family friend Jordyn Woods.

But the pair have been working to keep their relationship on good terms for the sake of their daughter, 19-month-old True Thompson, who needs her father in her life full-time.

Tristan seems confident of a reunion, and he recruited Khloe's Black friends Khadijah and Malika Haqq to help him deliver the diamond necklace and buy his way back into Khloe's heart.

"Tristan reached out to see if we would help him get Khloe this gift," the sisters explained in a confessional interview. "Of course we said yes!"

While Khloe clearly liked the gift, she was apparently uncomfortable with accepting the gifts and what that would mean for her and her daughter.

"I am conflicted as to if I should keep it or not, because I just want to make sure there's no expectations," she explained. "It's the sweetest kindest gesture, but that still doesn't mean, 'OK, a necklace is just gonna fix everything'."

There have been other signs that Tristan is breaking down her resistance. The day before Khloe's 35th birthday he gave her a stunning pink diamond ring, and the star revealed to sister Kourtney's ex Scott Disick how Tristan presented it to her.

"He goes, 'This is a promise ring,' and I go, 'Promise to be nice to me as True's mom.' I was like, 'I really appreciate it. I don't think I can accept it.' He goes, 'Just think about it. It's yours.'"

"It looks fully like an engagement ring," Scott said, examining the jewelry, as Khloe explained he also gave her a hand-written card expressing his appreciation for her.

"It was the nicest, longest card and it was in his bad handwriting, which is what I wanted," Khloe explained. "Something tangible that I can keep."
