Alicia Keys looked stunning at the BET Honors in Washington DC over the weekend. The platinum-selling diva took home the Entertainment Award. Her stylist went with a gorgeous Cleopatra theme for the evening. Thankfully her makeup artist didn’t go overboard with the MAC C Shock cosmetics. Alicia’s battle with skin eruptions seems to be over because her skin looked flawless all night long without melting under the harsh lights.

Her makeup artist applied MAC’s Studio Velvet liquid foundation to give Alicia that warm glow. Her eyes were layered in MAC’s Silver Fog with just a touch of MAC Carbon eyeshadow for that silver sheen that she loves. Her look was finished with MAC cosmetics sexy Russian Red lip glass over lipstick for that Hollywood legend look.

I think she looks great. However it’s unnecessary to photograph anyone (celebrity or not) that close up. I’m not interested in knowing whether or not Ms Keys has prominent nose hairs.

alicia is a pretty girl bottom line. and people struggle with acne…it happens. but the picture is way too close up and she still does have on tons of make-up but anyone in hollywood at some awards show does that so that’s normal. however Sandra it seems now u r writing in a fashion magazine by giving us all these details. seems weird, superficial and not you but oh well…if u like it…i love it! ur blog will still get hits and life goes on.

I love Alicia but that may be too much of a close up I can almost smell her breath!! (lol) Her skin does look better, I think she is a beautiful girl & has been tearing the game up since she hit the scene!! However the top of her dress looks like a beaded doily!! Alicia looks like she lost mad weight. And I’m going to have to agree with the masses here. She’s not the most photogenic pretty girl. That’s a horrible photo of her. It makes me wonder if the Evil Beyonce has hired to photographer to snap Alicia in the harshest lighting and unflattering poses. The Evil B. was working on making Rihanna look ugly too, but yall know that won’t work….Rihanna is beautiful, photogenic, and she sings OK.
