Political analysts say in order for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton to seal the democratic party nomination she needs to win two state primaries today: Ohio and Texas. Voters in Rhode Island and Vermont also go to the polls today but all eyes are on the two big states.
While Clinton vows to stay in the race if she loses both states, Sen. Barack Obama’s camp say she can’t catch up to his delegate count. Some experts believe Clinton will drop out of the race if she loses, others say it is highly unlikely she will lose both Texas and Ohio primaries.
My prediction: Clinton will win both Texas and Ohio primaries today. But both candidates will go down to the wire with Obama winning the democratic nomination. Unfortunately, Obama will lose the presidency to Republican John McCain.

I am so excited about tonight’s primaries, because the real action has not started. If she should lose tonight, I don’t think it is over, and I think she may contest MI and FLA and try to get those delegates to count. It ain’t over til the phat lady sings.
Forgot to add, I think she has a good shot at RI, but that’s about it and MAY edge Obama in VT, but I think Barack will take OH & TX. It’s sort of a toss up, but it is fun making predictions.
Obama have Texas, don’t know about Ohio.
He is campaigning heavy in Houston!!!!
I’m soooo excited for tonight’s primaries!
Clinton wont drop out of the race. Her pride to big for that. Even if she loses she will still be on TV making her promises to the USA.
I can’t call it at all on this one. Barack has the momentum going for him, but Hills has been killing him in the big delegate rich states. Polls mean absolutely nothing so that doesn’t help. I don’t agree with Sandra on the outcome of the presidential race. I think the democrats will be taking the big prize in November no matter who the democratic candidate turns out to be. People are fed up with republicans.
Clinton will win Ohio but not Texas and both will be close. She wont drop out unless she also loses bad in Pennsylvania.
I would love to hear why you think that McCain would beat Obama considering most Conservatives don’t like him.
CLinton will win Texas & Ohio, yes, I’m democratic and I approve this message!!!
I think the Texas race will be very close, but I think Hillary will have the majority vote in Ohio. But, since the Democratic party does not award all of a state’s delegates to the “winner” and instead divides them up by district votes, according to the proportinate of votes the candidate receives - it’s still a close call.
Not only does the party (at least here in Texas) give out delegates based on the “popular” vote, but voters also have to go back to their polling stations this evening and do a caucus, which determines how 1/3 of the delegates here in Texas are given out.
So, the races will be close.
Im in Ohio & Im hearing that Republicans will vote for Clinton, then change back to McCain for the general elections. Reason being is they think Clinton cant hold fire to McCain & she would be easier to beat in the general election. So Dems. make sure you vote in OHIO today!!!!!!!
obama will get 3 out of 4 states…u gotta be killing me thinking mc cain is gonna win…NOTTTTTTTTTTTTT!
