According to TMZ.com, Chris Henry, 24, of the Cincinnati Bengals was arrested for the fifth time in 14 months. But the bigger story here is his striking resemblance to a Gremlin. If a Gremlin mated with the NBA’s Ron Artest, Chris Henny is what their spawn would look like.
The 24-year-old wide receiver turned himself into police yesterday after an 18-year-old guy accused Henry of hitting him in the face and breaking his car window with a beer bottle.A spokesman for the team said they are aware of the incident, but had no comment. Henry’s agent said Henry had a different account of what went down, but wouldn’t say more.
UPDATE: Mission accomplished — the Bengals have cut Chris Henry. Bengals president Mike Brown said in a statement, “Chris Henry has forfeited his opportunity to pursue a career with the Bengals. His conduct can no longer be tolerated.” (Source)

what a a**h*le!!!…wasted talent.
Arrested for the 5th time in 14 months. Wonder how many times he would have been arrested if he did not have money or fame.
Not taking up for him, but the two times before this, he was falsely accused.
I thought he would have learned his lesson the first time when he got in trouble for letting underage girls drink in his hotel room. One of the girls turned out to be a prostitute was convicted of murder. She was only 18.
But he is getting what he deserves. I seen him in a club once his pants were literally around his knees and he thought it was live. Seen him another time and he was all on “Hollistered” out with a “Abercrombie & Fitch” accent.
I’m glad they cut his ass. He should be the poster child for the saying:
“we should have never gave you N I G G E R S nuthin’”

Wow, he is not cute at all. I think everyone kinda looks like an animal or something else if you stare real hard. Too bad he got caught up and didn’t have sense enough to appreciate fame and fortune.
I feel so sorry for him because that was real stupid to throw away a chance like that. It’s hard to get in the NFL.

another dumb athelete ruins his chance of being successful and a millionaire. i just don’t get it, why do they continue to act a fool and get in trouble once they make it to the career that they all claimed they have always wanted. this stuff just makes me sick.

Unfortunately for many of these pro athletes they have been bred to have a sense of entitlement from the time they prove to be gifted even at the pop warner level. They are not encouraged to really get an education as even that is handed to them on a silver platter. This poor guy will likely end up living a life of crime because he was groomed to be exactly that by parents, coaches, teachers and fans. Very sad.

The problem with these pro athletes is they get plucked out of school too early. Noone encourages them to get an education. They should have mentors/monitors and social skills classes. You give them all that money and they want the girls, the bling, big ass mansions with MC Hammer marble floors. For what? You don’t see too many ballers still in the game that is over 35. If you can’t speak well you will not be a sports announcer after you retire. Are any of these young men saving for retirement?
All I can say is you get what you deserve.
