Isn’t Rocsi Puerto Rican?

- SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — A Puerto Rican woman has accused the premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands of raping her, police in the British Caribbean territory said.
Local police and the FBI are investigating the woman’s claim that Premier Michael Misick assaulted her on the night of March 27, deputy police commissioner Hubert Hughes said Tuesday.
Misick, who has held the top office since 2003, said in a televised address last week that a woman had filed a false complaint of sexual assault against him but he would be cleared of the “outrageous allegations.”
The FBI field office in Miami referred questions to the U.S. Embassy in Barbados, where assistant legal attache Norman Scott said he could not confirm or deny any U.S. involvement in the investigation.
Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory.

Rocsi grew up in New Orleans but is from Honduras – not quite Puerto Rico. Rihanna is not the U.S. Ambassador, although I think she was recently appointed the Cultural Ambassador in Barbados.
A couple more days and the chick will be on Oprah:)!!!

First Rosci is no PR and newspapers don’t refer to people by their ethnicity unless they are searching for someone. Rosci is an American and they would say an American woman accused him. This Puerto Rican woman is from and probably lives in PR thats why she was referred to as such

I didn’t want to feed into this madness as I never believed for once that it was Rocsi and yes she’s from Honduras..BUT she was missing in action from Terrence’s celeb birthday party at Love last Friday (and she’s always there to support). She was on 106 this week if i’m not mistaken though
