I really love/hate how on a message board you guys speak so freely about things you may never say to a persons face upon meeting them. Hov may not be the most attractive man in the game but his swagger and success speaks millions. Lets remember, he definitely got the hottest chic in the game rockin’ his chain!!

Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion. The overwhelming majority of people here believe that Jay-Z is an unattractive man — so-called swagger and money, notwithstanding.
I have no problem commenting on his looks because I think it points out a double standard in the industry — a woman of similar talent and looks would NEVER make it as far.
Almost every rapper out today is NOT attractive! (based purely on looks)

As far as women in the industry, if you don’t look as commercial as possible then trust that you won’t put up big numbers, talent or not!(i.e., Angie Stone, India Arie) I’m just saying that we all know everybody isn’t attractive per se, but you have to know how to work with what you got.
