Usher and Tameka separated again, or just another publicity stunt?
Chicago Sun Times gossip columnist Stella Foster is reporting that R&B singer Usher and his fiery wife Tameka Foster have separated. Reportedly Tameka and Usher are expecting their second child in December. I’m going to file this one under publicity stunt because if I know Tameka, the announcement wouldn’t go down quite so easily.
First of all, Tameka would enlist her own publicist to put out a damaging but not fully revealing press release to announce the separation. The press release would promise more enticing details to come at a later date. But that later date would never arrive because Usher would go into panic mode and let loose his team of lawyers on Tameka and her messy publicist. I think you get the picture.
But congrats to the happy couple if they are indeed expecting Usher’s second seed.

It seems that more and more singers are getting more publicity off of their relationships than their music

Usher has to pick between his wife or record sells. I hate to say it but marriage can kill a recording career. I think this should be placed in the “who cares” category though because both Usher and Tameka are attention whores to me…lol

If Usher was leaving him, Maneka would be pregnant with at least twins if not triplets, isn’t that the celebrity way.

@#3 dead! if the pregnancy rumors are true for real tho she IS a woman (yep. despite the square jawline and 5 o’clock shadow) and she really needs to take heed of a. having so many dayum kids (takes a toll on your bod) and b. she ain’t a spring chick. the doc will tell you the more kids you have and the older you are = more complications. it is so not worth it to keep using your birthing hips just to hang on to a MAN.
every time i look at her i can’t help but to think tameka was one chromosome away from being a dude…..this could be why she has only male children. i ain’t playing….

Considering i have yet to see a youtube video of jonetta doing backflips and a handstand..i’m going to say this is false. However this would be publicity for his upcoming Women’s Only tour..it would make sense since the women are the fans he lost behind his wife..hopefully with Jonetta on his team again she can curb him from making a TRL fool of himself again by dispelling the rumors..

2bme, I agree. It does sound like he is trying to get back his female fan base. But you know how some women are, they prefer you when you are committed to someone else, so you never know. It may have been the pic of his post-baby flabby abs that scared them away actually.

IMO this is probably just for publicity - we know exactly how much Ursh loves loves loves to talk to the media about his relationship w/ Tameka.
And I don’t think she resembles a MAN so much btw … I think sometimes people have strong features in the face .. her, Ciara and some Broadway actress, can’t remember her name – all have come across manly at some point or another. I am pro black marriage and want to see them workout. J
His career comeback might need to be onscreen and not in the studio. It seems like the fan base may be just about lost forever

Pregnant or not - gotta give it to the girl - she aint stupid. If her and Usher dont make her and her “kids” by him are straight 4 life. I think its a publicity stunt as well. didnt i read somewhere that he is doing a ladies only tour soon? Hmmm..what a way to get the ladies excited by hinting at the fact he may be separated.
