The Obamas Arrive in Merry Olde England

The Obamas touched down in England a short time ago. In a sense, it’s kind of good having the Obamas over in my native land if only it means we get a breather from Obama for a while.

I hope my fellow countrymen don’t show the Obamas the same disrespect that they showed the Prime Minister Gordon Brown and his wife earlier this month. What’s a worst gift to give a visiting dignitary than a pen and 25 DVDs?

I read somewhere that Obama’s $300,000 limo was being flown to England for this trip. I hope they realize that in England the steering wheel is on the passenger side of the car and we drive on the left hand side of the street in England — not on the right. It’s very easy to forget what side of the road you’re supposed to be on. And we don’t want any presidential accidents on my home turf.
