A loyal reader sent me this cover of today's NY Post featuring a shook Chris Brown in a L.A. courthouse yesterday. As you know, Brown was there to face an arraignment on two felony charges stemming from his assault on pop singer Rihanna last month.

I don't know if this is a real cover or not, but it is appropriate considering the fact that the judge handling Chris Brown's case is a black female who takes no mess! I understand that bitch-boy's attorney Mark Geragos took one look at the sister on the bench and hastily requested a continuance until April 6 so his legal team could regroup and figure out how to handle this newest development.

The continuance was granted, but not before the judge warned the bitch not to "annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone."

Auntie ... can we PLEASE not have a repeat of all Chris & Rhianna All day ... PLEASE ...

See i'm callin u Auntie hoping it works :-)

  • MissGauzzz

    Morning Family...

This case is not closed cause this boy has only been CHARGED not convicted and those charges probably will be downgraded to a misdemeanor, he won't do a day in jail and he'll have to do some community service and pay some type of monetary restitution...So these newspapers and tabloids can write whatever they want...It's all hype! I'd be surprised if he got anything more severe at all! And Rihanna ain't going nowhere until she gets good and ready if ever!

  • Krysi J

Rhianna didn't request an order for protection....tisk tisk...?

    stay up Chris.

  • starr

Maybe thats the early edition or the late edition.....idk, i don't read the post. But out of curiosity i checked their site, and, checked the front cover. It said..."face the music"....with a pic of chris. And yes, he got the whohle front page. If that was the late edition cover....i guess that would be the cover.

You are too much Miss Sandra. I can assure you Mark Geragos knew exactly who the judge would be when the court date was set and her stance, if she has one, on domestic violence. The court system is now so willy nilly that they spring the judge on folks at the last minute. Furthermore Chris was not b*tch slapped. He didn't even make a please of guily or innocent. I think that is because of the fact that he is a celeb hoping to have some shot at reviving his career he can't utter the words "not guilty" under the circumstances and of course he wasn't going to plead guilty at the first scheduled arraignment. I think they are going to work out a plea bargain before the next arraignment date.

I don't think Chris is shook by the court proceedings. If he does get shook Rihanna will be in a world of trouble. I don't have a doubt that if the pressure gets too intense for him he will blame her and beat her down again.

    I meant to say:

The court system is NOT so willy nilly that they spring the judge on folks at the last minute.

  • KaraZ

But Sandra Renee Rose you promised that you were "over" this story and you wouldn't be reporting further on it. *sigh*

  • Daisy

@Bird I hope Chris is getting thearpy and the help that he needs so regardless of what happens he won't jump on Rihanna or any other female ever again.

This morning most of my co workers said they did not believe all that happened in a Lambo. I thought that was interesting.

Let me first say I am disappointed in you for giving the NY Post any exposure.

I must admit the only news I've really followed on this has been what Sandra has posted & what u guys said you read on TMZ (the USA is falling apart this story just isn't important to me.) But I saw on good morning america they had Harvey from TMZ do this whole sit down to talk about this BS. He kept speculating on a picture that HE NEVER SAW but how its so horrible.

All I could think was Citibank stock dropped below 1.00, people are losing their jobs left and right, they are saying that we are nearing a depression. & GMA is showcasing a teenage lovers quarrel.

I guess my priorities are all screwed up.

Hello all. Here's the real affidavit from CNN.com:

"Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F. as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robyn F. picked up Brown's cellular phone and observed a three-page text message from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.

"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against he passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion.

"Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.'s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle.

"Brown looked at Robyn F. and stated, 'I'm going to beat the s--t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!' "

The detective said "Robyn F." then used her cell phone to call her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales, who did not answer.

"Robyn F. pretended to talk to her and stated, 'I'm on my way home. Make sure the police are there when I get there.'

"After Robyn F. faked the call, Brown looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!'

"Brown resumed punching Robyn F. and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and face near her lap in [an] attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied upon her by Brown.

"Brown continued to punch Robyn F. on her left arm and hand, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps (sic) that was approximately two inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand.

"Robyn F. then attempted to send a text message to her other personal assistant, Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window onto an unknown street.

"Brown continued driving and Robyn F. observed his cellular telephone sitting in his lap. She picked up the cellular telephone with her left hand and before she could make a call he placed her in a head lock with his right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.

"Brown pulled Robyn F. close to him and bit her on her left ear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of 333 North June Street and Robyn F. turned off the car, removed the key from the ignition and sat on it.

"Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. He then placed her in a head lock positioning the front of her throat between his bicep and forearm. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F.'s left and right carotid arteries, causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness.

"She reached up with her left hand and began attempting to gouge his eyes in an attempt to free herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her. While Brown continued to punch her, she turned around and placed her back against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest, placed her feet against Brown's body and began pushing him away. Brown continued to punch her on the legs and feet, causing several contusions.

"Robyn F. began screaming for help and Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighborhood heard Robyn F.'s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F. was issued a Domestic Violence Emergency Protective Order."

At the end of his statement, Andrews said Brown sent a text message nine days later apologizing.

"In the text message, Brown apologized for what he had done to Robyn F. and advised [Rihanna's assistant] Ford that he was going to get help."

Brown issued a public apology for the incident last month.

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired," he said in a statement released by his spokesman. "I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person."

  • Krysi J

WOW.....and Rhianna still wants to be with him?

    kids are crazy!

If she can give him another chance after that, I guess I can too.

  • Daisy

    LOL@Krsyi

I just read on E! That RiRi can't drive (oer source so I wonder if that is true). She also met with a domestic violence counselor that night at the hospital(per the police) I guess that is standard.

  • Krysi J

I guess the couselors were unsuccessful, poor thing....what can you say? Now Daisy, How is it you would go about patching up Chris' career, after this?

  • Krysi J

Another question, if yall don't mind...can someone explain the bite marks on Chris, cause I didn't read anywhere in her side of the report that she bit Chris to get away....can someone leak Chris' report after questioning, or did he bite himself?....I mean that is humanly possible right.

  • Daisy

@Krsyi My 2cents since you asked..lol I would have had him start by NOT being seen on the jet ski knowing the alleged detials of what happened that night were about to be public. He would have made his 1st public statement/apology by now and he would be annoucing a tour going to high schools/colleges to talk about domestic violence AFTER he finished his intense therapy and counseling sessions. He would make a donation to women shelters in VA and Hollywood as well as Vol there. I would only have him do a few major sit down interviews on TV and a few major print interviews as well. I dont feel he is big enough to totally disapper and make a comeback like Whitney/MJackson. That would be my start and he needs to be seen with his MOTHER to let America know he is still somebodys child who MESSED up.

I see that per TMZ he left his hotel to go to another hotels bar. NOT on my PR watch..lol He aint old enough to drink publicly anyway..lol

  • Krysi J

I was thinking, something like....just first of all coming forwards and saying something like. "I know everyone has their own perceptions of me, and how they feel I should be punished, but I can only ask for your prayers and forgiveness. There is no excuse for what I did, but at this point there is no way I can take it back. I want help, I want counsel, and I want justice to be served. Please don't take into consideration that I am willing to do whatever it takes to make things right, and I hope that my fans can open their hearts to giving me another chance."

With that being said, I would advise him to lay low for at least a period of 3-5 weeks. Records songs....but the songs would need to his platform... a way to reach out to people and maybe sing his way outta of his tarnished career. Its very possible, especially if R.Kelly did it, but Chris would do it by being honest and singing songs that are relevant to his new image and his new start. When he emerges I would like for him to keep his look distraught just for image's sake, because people are so DESPERATE for him to look depressed and destroyed over this. I agree with the publicity stunts (cause unfortunately that is what they are) to donate, speak to young women about abuse and such...I like the idea about being seen with his mother, but most of all I would advise him to break it off with Rhianna and never turn back no matter how much it hurts her. Obviously Chris was already done, and to hold on to her just because she still loves HIM doesn't make it right. Just move on.

  • Daisy

@Krysi I doubt Chris and RiRi last another 3-6mths. not the way her fans are turning on her and what not. Plus I dont think chris wants to be with her or only her but they have to get through this storm together.

  • Krysi J

Well i sure hope they don't....I want him to walk away from that ASAP. She obviously is desperate to be with him....from what her report reads chris did a lot of damage (that healed in less than 2 weeks cuz she was able to wear a kini in mexico) So she has to be delusional or "Dangerously In Love" as Beyonce would say, running behind him.

  • Daisy

@Kryi now you are going to back up off my RiRi..lol I like them both. He must be her 1st love bless her heart. I am sure she will get herself together as well and they will both grow and learn from this experience. I hate this had to happen to either of them.
