While checking out some of my favorite blogs in my blogroll, I ran across this post on Marcus Troy’s blog. If you recall, we did a writeup on Marcus last year when he revealed himself to be Kanye West’s ghost writer.
Well, Mr. Troy got his hands on a pair of the much-anticipated Nike Air Yeezy shoes that don’t ship to stores until next month. We could care less about these ugly shoes, but we realize that some people get excited about anything.
So how does a relatively unknown blogger just happen to get his hands on the unreleased shoes “that Nike and Kanye West had the internet going crazy about.”?
As Marcus points out in his blog:
“These are set to be very limited and only a handful of people have gotten a production pair thus far. I feel very privileged to be part of the selected few.”
We’re sure he does. He certainly worked hard for them.
