According to TMZ.com, bish boy’s attorneys and the lead prosecutor in the Rihanna case are working feverishly behind closed doors to secure some kind of deal that would minimize any further damage to Chris Brown’s career.
TMZ reports that Brown initially planned to plead not guilty at today’s hearing. But that plan may be scrapped in lieu of Brown pleading guilty, or no contest to domestic assault charges in order to avoid a trial.
Of course, the worst case scenario would be that the judge gives Brown probation or a slap on the wrist and sends him on his way. The best case scenario is he gets the maximum sentence and is hauled out of court in handcuffs.
Regardless of the outcome of todays hearing, Brown’s career is toast. Wherever he goes he will be constantly reminded of his b*tchassedness. And no promoter in his right mind will book Brown at a venue knowing that protesters will come out wearing CBYO t-shirts and wreck the place.
TMZ reports that Rihanna got out of dodge and flew back to her native Barbados because “she wants to be as far away from this case as possible.”

I’m so sick of celebrities skirting past the justice system. Be a man & take responsibility for what you did.
I doubt if he gets any jail time but he should get a punishment that he will remember..How about making him speak about domestic violence. No 30sec commercial chit..going to community centers and speaking face to face to men/women like himself who have been abusers, that would be a good start.
Most 1st time offenders WITHOUT a record do not get jail time either.
I just don’t think/believe he was beating on her to be beating on her. He knows martial arts if he really wanted to hurt her he could have. I think he wanted her to stop hitting him and he got carried away in that process. I feel they BOTH were at fault that night and made very bad decisions/choices.
A woman beater IMO is somebody who beats on their woman for the heck of it, cause she looks the wrong way, says the wront thing hell just for breathing.
I will be so glad when I finally get to hear his version of the story. I never believed the avadavit 100% it is not the offical police report.

I dont think CB will receive jail time neither… But on the other hand, he should do some community service to batter womens shelter & centers….
and oh yeah TVOne is NOT included in my basic cable service….
I highly doubt his abusive azz does any jail time!!
@mizz I agree community service as well. I still hate this had to happen to either of them and will always consider it a fight that she started and he finished and it got out of hand. Young love…

^^ i agree with this . everybody keeps putting it all on him when they were both at fault . i agree that he didn’t have to beat her the way he did . there were better ways to stop her from hitting him , but i’m sick of people trying to make her out as a victim when she is just as much at fault . i hope both of them get the help that they need.
