SHOCKER: Lebron James turns out to be just another rich, spoiled, dumb jock
NBA superstar Lebron James proved he’s just another spoiled, rich, dumb jock who lacks character or humility when he stormed off the court without congratulating (that fine azz) Dwight Howard and his teammates following the Cleveland Cavalier’s loss to the Orlando Magic Saturday night.
So what else is new?
Ever since hooking up with rapper Jay Z (who acts as his glorified sports agent), Lebron has shown a change in attitude to reflect heightened arrogance and a sense of entitlement — just like Jay Z (what do you know?).
Aren’t you glad Lebon lost the series after watching his shameful exit? What a great role model he is for the children… NOT.
Here’s Lebron’s pitiful excuse to the AP for his childish behavior:
“It’s hard for me to congratulate somebody after you just lose to them. I’m a winner. It’s not being a poor sport or anything like that. If somebody beats you up, you’re not going to congratulate them. That doesn’t make sense to me. I’m a competitor. That’s what I do. It doesn’t make sense for me to go over and shake somebody’s hand.” [link]

TEAM LEBRON! I loved how Lebron hired BLACK men to run his company and help him get to where he is. He took a big risk and chance and it worked out for him in the end. I saw a story on ESPN about his company/team.
I do hope he has reached out to D Howard and the Magic now that the sting has worn off.
Parents this is a teachable moment nothing more nothing less.
That isn’t the first time he did that. He usually congratulates the team later.
Is there a requirement in the NBA that the loser must shake your opponents hand after they just finished whipping your azz? Better yet, is there a provision in Lebron’s contract with such a requirement? If not, f$$k em, Lebron. Next.

Please tell me that statement is fake. I was really rooting for the Cavs and wanted them to take it all. I even understood his angst and figured the next day he’d snap out of it and congratulate the winners properly. But that statement is straight up stupid. Excuse me, this dude has been playing PRO for how long now? And he has how many Championship RANGS?? The only player that can be compared to Jordan (GOAT) right now is NOT Lebron James….as much as I hate it, Kobe is the only dude in line for that honor, how else does a man carry an entire team on his back for YEARS and still play in championship games (like the Chicago Bulls…and yes the Lakers have their old coach)….you know better than that.

I’m happy the best team won!! I like Lebron, but it was an insult to air those commercials as if Orlando didn’t even exist! I think Lebron fed into all the hype and forgot he needed to work hard to win..maybe he thought Nike was going to just it to him! I understand him not giving Congrats…..he’s still young and it’s obvious his competitive attitude gets the best of him! It was still a win for Orlando…without his hand shake!! NEWSFLASH: NBA players hardly ever shake hands after the game. They walk toward the lockeroom, and maybe give a pound to any opponent who is near them, and thats it. No one on here can say they’ve seen a game where all the players were shaking hands afterward. They do that before the jump-ball in the beginning, and thats it. Orlando’s players were too busy celebrating to notice anyway……

Wow, am I the only former jock in the room? I see a few folks attributing Lebron’s behavior to age. From Pop Warner leagues on up athletes shake hands after the game. At the middle and high school levels you actually stand in a line and do it. It is definately tradition that was mandatory at least in my experience on team sports. Lebron has seen it done his whole athletic career. Like it or not there are good sportsmanship traditions that Lebron doesn’t need to take upon himself to change.

Unlike the Faker fans and johnnycomelatelys, mama is a Laker fan for what’s on the front of the jersey, not the back, ie Bryant. I was blessed to be around to see real teams with Magic, Big game James and my fav…..Cooooop and they played team ball, period.
