Kimora Lee is guaranteed another check for the next 18 years

Entrepreneur/socialite Kimora Lee Simmons gave birth to a baby boy over the weekend. It’s the first child for actor Djimon Hounsou, who still isn’t married to Kimora (would you want to be?)

Let’s hope the child looks like his daddy. Thankfully, Kimora’s other two kids Ming Lee and Aoki took after their father Russell Simmons. Though, unfortunately for them, the girls inherited Russell’s lispth speech impediment (yes, I’m aware of the correct spelling of lisp).

“Kimora and Djimon are the proud parents of a new baby boy,” her rep tells Usmagazine.com. “Both mother and child are doing great.”

Simmons, 34, also took to her Twitter page to confirm the news. She wrote, “It’s a boy! Thanks to everyone out there for all your well wishes! More to come. Thank God. And God Bless! Kimora + Djimon Love & Light, KLS”

No baby name was announced.

Simmons has two daughters, Ming Lee, 9, and Aoki Lee, 7, with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, whom she divorced in 2008 after nearly 10 years of marriage. [link]

Kimora did well for herself the first time around unlike tragic Kim Porter who didn’t properly capitalize on her relationship with Diddy the Devil. She doesn’t need Djimon’s little tiny check. I assume she makes a lot more money than him. With that said…..

I always hear people say girls are good while they are little but they kick your ass when they become teenagers. Boys on the other hand give you problems when they are small but calm down the older they get. (I pray, I pray, I pray)

Married or not KLS will get that 40K for her KIDS! That is NOT her alimony payment that is her child support. Russell is on record as saying he has no problem paying that for his kids.

My nephew is ALL boy at 3 and works my nerves and I am only Auntie…lol My niece is 1 and still my princess! She has a temper though but she gets that from her daddy.

Gurl you better hurry, cuz one thing you have to worry about is jealousy….please believe, as sweet as my lil boy is I never thought it was possible for him to be upset about my baby gurl…he pulled his hair out from the ROOT! TWICE! I am so PISSED I couldn’t get his haircut. I thought it was a nerve problem, but he told his grandmother he did it for attention because no one notices him anymore they all run for my baby! I started to whoop hiz AZZ, but I didn’t I told him if he ever does that again I will shave him bald…LOL!

My cousin and I had this SAME conversation this weekend. My baby girl is 3 and we are expecting a son in October. I pray that God gives US the patience to get through the younger years with him and the teenage years with her! Daddy has her in check; it is me she tries to test!

I have a 7-year old son, 9-year old son and an 11 year old daughter (who looks like a 13 year old – Ugh). I must confess that the boys are much easier to raise. Thank God, I only have one girl. I could not take it. She is drama princess #1.
