I never would have guessed that Usher’s “other woman” was older than he was. She looks so young to me. The truth is, she’s older than Usher’s wife Tameka who is 40 (or 41 depending on who you ask).
I should have known she was older since Ush is only into older women. You know, he still has those Oedipus Complex issues that he hasn’t fully worked through yet.

According to sources the woman in question is a 42 year old Def Jam executive named Grace Miguel who is married to video production company owner, Lou Miguel of Box Fresh Films. Usher’s label is Arista, not Def Jam. So was he creeping on Tameka or planning to bounce from his label??? Insiders say that they are officially over and that Usher plans to file for separation in the coming days.
Meanwhile, Usher’s wife is still on Twitter.com denying the separation rumors even though it’s quite obvious. When anyone challenges her on Twitter she accuses them of trying to steal her “followers.” Someone should explain to Tameka that her “followers” are only wasting their time following her because they think she’s still with Usher.
