LaToya Hires Psychic To Communicate With Michael Jackson
They say a sucker is born every minute, and there are plenty of con artists ready and willing to take advantage of them.
Take LaToya Jackson, for instance. She’s facing foreclosure on her Las Vegas condo and her finances are in dire straits. Yet she’s forking over thousands of dollars a week to a psychic who claims to be able to communicate with pop icon Michael Jackson from beyond the grave.
According to The Globe, LaToya spoke with many psychics before settling on one nut because she knew personal secrets about Michael that only the family knew.

“This woman psychic who lives in L.A. told La Toya some very personal details about Michael that only close family members would know,” the tattle continued. “La Toya knew right then that she was indeed in contact with Michael.”
“Not only does she go to the psychic’s house, but sometimes in the middle of the night when she wakes up thinking of her brother, she knows she can pick up the phone, no matter what time it is and be linked to him via seer.”
“He also communicates he’s constantly watching over his kids, Prince, Paris, Blanket, and sees they’re incredibly loved by their grandmother, Katherine, and the rest of the family,” the Globe source added. “Having this psychic connection to Michael is tremendously reassuring for her.”
Maybe LaToya should ask the psychic exactly what took place in Michael’s bedroom the morning he died. That bit of info would help the DA’s office tremendously in their investigation into his murder.

50 Cent Puts Video Streaming Site On Blast For Faking Hits
Earlier I told you about a popular video streaming site that has been accused of fabricating video views in exchange for cash.
Independent artists have long put the site on blast for charging up-and-coming artists thousands of dollars for “packages” to post their videos, then artificially inflating their videos views.
Well, now rapper 50 Cent has put the site on blast in this new video for using a keyboard trick to inflate hits. Fiddy said:
“So if you hear artists talking about they hot right now ’cause they on Worldstar and got a bunch of hits… they could of just bought a package…”
Fiddy might have been referring to music videos such as the one by Playaz Circle which gained over 2 million hits while videos by Rihanna and Jay Z garnered less views.
Blind Grandma’s Eyetooth Helps Her Regain Sight
Sharron Thornton, a 60-year-old grandmother who lost sight in both eyes 9 years ago due to a rare corneal disease, can see again after docs implanted a part of one of her eyeteeth into her left eye.
The procedure known as as modified osteo-odonto-keratoprosthesis, was the first of its kind performed in the United States. The surgery has already been performed with success in Britain.
Doctors at the University of Miami’s Bascom Palmer Eye Institute extracted one of Thornton’s canine teeth (eyeteeth) and shaved off the crown of the tooth that’s visible above the gum leaving only the root and a portion of the surrounding bone.
Doctors then shaved off a part of the root and bone leaving only a sliver of the root and bone. In other words, the entire tooth was not implanted in her eye.
Oral mucous membrane from inside her cheek was removed and grafted to her left eye. Thornton had been blind for 9 years after a rare corneal disease her corneas permanently scarred.
A hole was drilled into the center of the sliver of bone and tooth to serve as an anchor for the cylinder lens, which was placed in the center. The cylinder lens allows light to reach the back of her eye enabling her to see again.
Kanye West’s Disappearing Concert Dates
The most hated rapper in the world, Kanye West, was spotted Tuesday leaving a recreation center in L.A. after shooting hoops with some pals, who all look very suspect. Especially the chile with her hands on her hips and the tall queen in the red shorts. How They Doin?
Anyway, Kanye was supposed to be gearing up for his Fate Kills tour with Lady Gaga (and her fake British accent). But tickets that were set to go on sale September 19 are no longer available, leading some to speculate that Kanye is making good on his promise to take a break.
According to the LATimes blog, a smattering of Fame Kills tour dates that appeared on Ticket Master on Monday were gone by Tuesday morning. As of 6 p.m. Tuesday, Ticketmaster currently lists no upcoming dates for West.
Additionally, The Times noted that “West and Gaga were set to play the Staples Center on Nov. 16 in Los Angeles. But AEG Live, which owns the downtown arena, declined to comment about the tour details, and instead referred questions to Live Nation, which is promoting the tour.”
The Times speculates that “It’s unlikely an arena tour of this magnitude would be called off; it’s more likely that West and Lady Gaga are waiting for the controversy to die down.”
But West was still trending high on Twitter.com last night with hundreds of thousands of hateful and racist tweets directed at him. And late yesterday, CNN released the raw video footage of Barack Obama calling West a jackass. So it’s doubtful that the controversy will die down anytime soon.
DC Sniper’s Execution Set For November
Unlike the rest of us, DC sniper mastermind John Allen Muhammad now knows the exact date when he will die.
A Virginia judge on Wednesday set a Nov. 10 execution date for John Allen Muhammad, mastermind of the 2002 sniper attacks in the Washington, D.C., area that left 10 dead.
Prince William County Circuit Judge Mary Grace O’Brien picked a Tuesday for the execution so that courts would be open the day before in case of any last-minute legal appeals.
Jonathan Sheldon, Muhammad’s attorney, said Muhammad would appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court and ask Gov. Timothy M. Kaine for clemency.
Muhammad was sentenced to death for the slaying of Dean Meyers, who was shot at a Manassas gas station during a three-week killing spree in October 2002 that left 10 dead in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
He and his teenage accomplice, Lee Boyd Malvo, were also suspected of shootings in several other states, including a killing in Louisiana and another in Alabama. Malvo is serving life in prison.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Calls For Investigation Into ACORN
California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is calling for a full investigation into the California chapters of ACORN.
The governor sent a letter to California Attorney General Jerry Brown yesterday urging him to investigate ACORN’s California activities. In the letter, he referred to “news stories regarding the ACORN organization that have concerned me greatly.”
Schwarzenegger was motivated to send the letter after viewing a video released by BigGovernment.com showing a San Diego worker giving tips on how to smuggle underage girls into the country.
ACORN has come under fire recently after workers in numerous cities were caught on tape giving tax advice to Conservative activists James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles of BigGovernment.com who posed as a prostitute and pimp.
Barack Obama has strong ties to the organization dating back to the early 90s. As a Chicago attorney, he once represented ACORN in court. And last year he donated $800,000 to the group to help him “get out the vote” during his campaign for president.
In the video series, ACORN workers were overly enthusiastic about helping the Caucasian couple circumvent the law and evade taxes, but low-income blacks — who ACORN is supposed to represent — complained that ACORN workers virtually ignored them:
Outside the Sacramento office, Ruby Bradley said she was highly skeptical of the organization. She said she once applied for help with a housing loan with ACORN, but never got a response.
“I think it was poor business,” Bradley said.That complaint was echoed by Demario Anthony of Sacramento, who said his aunt’s application was ignored.
“She stopped dealing with them,” Anthony said. “We asked what happened, and she said she didn’t want to talk about it.” Read more…
