Bench Warrant Issued for Lindsay Lohan’s Arrest; Bail Set At $200K
When will Lindsay Lohan learn that the nation’s laws are meant for her as well? According to TMZ, a monitoring service sent a report to Lindsay’s judge early Monday morning, alerting her that Lindsay’s SCRAM alcohol ankle bracelet showed evidence of alcohol consumption.
Judge Marsha Revel just issued a bench warrant for the troubled actress’s arrest. In total, the report cited 5 offenses that violates Lohan’s probation. The report was triggered early Monday morning, following Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards.
If you recall, this same judge set Lindsay’s bail at $100,000 two weeks ago when she failed to attend a progress hearing. The same bondsman who paid %10 of Lohan’s bond the last time is pulling up to the courthouse to pay it again.
Lindsay will forfeit the $100,000 from her previous bail.

Its about time! Remember how out of control paris hilton was until they locked her tail up? Now you hardly hear about her at all. Lindsey needs to realize she is not above the law and the fact she’s a celebrity means nothing. Laws are in place to protect the public, and those who violate those laws nees to face the consequence. A good 30 days will do her justice. I have nothing against the girl but her behavior is self destructive and her mom is enabling that. Its sad, she had so much potential , yert she throw it all away. I really hope she doesn’t end up like dana plato because her life is mirroring it.

I feel sorry for her. Jail will NOT cure her addiction to drugs and alcohol. It is sad. This person done gave up 30k for this girl. She needs court ordered rehab.

Lindsay was in rehab and she didn’t go to her AA classes .. She needs jail …if that doesn’t work this girl is in trouble..
Paris and Nicole got reality checks and changed drastically… she needs jail ..she needs tough love something her parents never gave her…
