No one believes Kelly Rowland got her hawt bod from a DVD
Earlier I told you about Queen Latifah’s ex-lover, Jeanette Jenkins, making an exercise DVD with singer Kelly Rowland. According to That B*tch, Jeanette posted stills from her DVD on her facebook page last night. Although the images from the DVD are visually appealing, what’s the point of the DVD when we all know Kelly didn’t hone her naturally hawt bod from trying Jeanette’s exercises?
These celebrity exercise DVDs are entertaining, and they provide something to do while passing the time. But there should be a disclaimer on the packaging that there is no guarantee you will look like Kelly Rowland just by exercising to a DVD.
After 12 years, Sean Combs finally pays up
Another narcissist has been forced to part with the thing he values most in life: his cash. But why did it take 12 years?
According to the NY Post’s Page Six:
Sean “Diddy” Combs, his former protégé Jamal “Shyne” Barrow and the now-defunct Times Square hot spot struck a deal earlier this year with three clubgoers shot by Barrow in the notorious 1999 melee, court records show.
The exact terms of the settlements were unknown because of confidentiality agreements between the parties, but former Club New York owner Michael Bergos, who did not sign the confidentiality deal, said the most seriously injured victim, Natania Reuben, was paid $1.8 million.
Reuben, now 40, was shot in the nose and suffered seizures because of seven bullet fragments still lodged in her face.
Two other victims were paid $500,000 and $50,000. Bergos said he was unsure who paid what amount in the deal, but Barrow’s and the club’s shares were picked up by insurance companies, while Diddy — who was acquitted in the criminal case related to the brawl — had to pay out of pocket because his insurance company had gone belly up.
New Music: The Game ft. Chris Brown – Pot Of Gold
Troubled singer Chris Brown jumps on this track by The Game titled “Pot Of Gold”. Yes, it’s lame, but The Game spits a few bars that makes the track worth listening to at least once.
-
I ain’t a Saint B, I ain’t a God, god
I ain’t a Angel neither, but I try hard y’all
I’m lightin’ up for all my soldiers at war
As I sit back and watch the ashes on my cigar fall
Wayne just came home and Tip back on the yard, dawg
Guess Lou Holtz ain’t the only one playing hardball

New Music: BeYAWNsay – Schoolin’ Life

Hoping to appease the gays, Columbia Records leaked a dance track from the Target Deluxe Edition of Beyonce’s upcoming album, 4, entitled “Schoolin’ Life”. The track is produced by The Dream and has a certain desperate quality to it.
Just so this post isn’t a complete waste…

…troubled singer Chris Brown has once again apologized to the gays via his Twitter account for dropping a “gay slur” during another public meltdown. According to TMZ, Chris Brown was issued a simple parking ticket in L.A. yesterday — which he objected to because he thinks he’s above receiving parking tickets. So, like a typical narcissist, he looked around for a commoner to place the blame on for his failings in life.
Suspecting that the hard working paparazzi nearby tipped off the parking attendant, he turned to them and shouted, “Y’all n**gas is weak. Did y’all call them to try and film me? Y’ALL N**GAS IS GAY!“ Cue the gay mafia gay rights groups, who rushed forward to condemn Brown’s misuse of the word “gay” — which, before it was hijacked by the homosexual community, meant “cheerful, lighthearted and carefree.”
So Brown took to his Twitter page and tweeted this message to his 3 million followers:

White widow begs husband’s black manservant to give back his inheritance
He spent 30 years sleeping on the floor by his master’s bed, and now he’s a multimillionaire. But the widow of deceased Lord Glenconner wants Kent Adonai to give back the generous inheritance that Glenconner left him in his will.
According to London tabloid The Daily Mail, distressed Lady Anne Glenconner said she hoped that Kent Adonai, 48, ‘would do the right thing’.
“Kent was beloved by my husband but so were we all,” said Lady Anne. “I was married to him for 55 years.”
But even though she was married to Lord Glenconner, it was Kent who waited on Glenconner hand and foot, and even slept on the floor by his bed for 30 years.
Lord Glenconner, who was dying of cancer, changed his will seven months before his death. Instead of leaving his fortune to his 17-year-old grandson, Cody — as was originally intended — he left the bulk of his entire estate to his loyal manservant.
La La Vazquez Trashes “Basketball Wives”
Multimedia personality La La Vazquez is not a fan of the boughetto VH1 TV series ‘Basketball Wives’. La La covers the premiere issue of Pynk magazine.
According to Cocoandcreme, Pynk magazine is “positioning itself as a glossy for trendsetting women whose love for urban music and culture inspires her style and in that vein, Lala Vazquez is a great fit.”
It may be her style and above level intelligence that didn’t mesh well with the type of women who would lower themselves for a little attention.
“I was offered a spot on the show. I turned it down. I have absolutely nothing against basketball wives, the show Basketball Wives, or anything like that. But I pride myself in being more than just a basketball wife. I understand that’s something that I am, but that’s not a title that I want to define me. I’d rather be known as a mom, a businesswoman, a producer, an actress, a TV host. I just felt like that didn’t fit who I was and where my career was trying to go.” Source
Q Parker (of the group 112) covers Beyoncé’s “1+1″
Crooner Q Parker, of the 90s R&B group 112, covers Beyoncé’s “1+1″ with his own emotional rendition. It’s a beautiful song, but Beyoncé’s forceful oversinging ruins the track for most listeners. Q actually sounds better than Beyoncé, who, I’m told is having a “nervous breakdown” of sorts. My sources (yes, more than one source) tells Sandrarose.com that Beyoncé and Jay Z, who co-manages her, strongly believe that Beyoncé’s avid Stans will save her by buying multiple copies of her upcoming CD, 4. And to ensure that they do, the label will take a page out of Lady Gaga’s book by slashing the price of the album to 0.99 cents! They might change their minds at the last minute, so please don’t quote me.
Q Parker and his handsome son, Quinnes Jr., covers the May/June 2011 issue of Urban Lux magazine.
