Celebs Out & About: Nia Long and Ime Udoka
Actress Nia Long, 40, and her ex-NBA boyfriend, Ime Udoka, 33, were spotted strolling in West Hollywood after having lunch at Boa restaurant on Wednesday. The couple are expecting a bundle of joy soon. Nia, who has a history of dating mostly NBA players, also has problems holding onto men. We’ll see how long this union lasts. Nia has a son with an actor.

Hey to all the beutiful busty ladies
I was a 38 DD at the time I became pregnant with my twins. I thought my boobs were going to end up sagging down to my knees. What I did was keep a very good support bra on at all times. Even when I went to bed at night. After I had the twins, I took a very tight sports bra to the hospital with me to keep the puppies in check when the milk started to back up. (I didn’t breast feed). After the milk dried up, I am happy to report that I am still in my 38 DD bras.

I did the cut several year ago after a really bad relaxer/dye mishap. Getting everything chopped off was soooo liberating and since my hair grows fast I was not worried, plus I liked the look of almost no hair. If I feel like I need to go straight I blow dry and flat iron, but since my hair is really long and it takes forever, I go to the salon and let them do it. Not too often though because in this heat, it frizzes the minute I step outside.
