IT’S OVER…

Alarming new poll figures confirm President Obama's Democratic base is crumbling.

"More than a third of Americans now believe that President Obama’s policies are hurting the economy, and confidence in his ability to create jobs is sharply eroding among his base," the Post reports.

Strong support among liberal Democrats for Obama's jobs record has plummeted 22 points from 53% down below a third. African Americans who believe the president's measures helped the economy have plunged from 77% to barely half.

Obama's overall job approval on the economy has slid below 40% for the first time, with 57% disapproving. And strong disapprovers outnumber approvers by better than two-to-one.

I don't understand how Bush did so much damage as he did to this country and yet Obama is the one catching all the flack, and not even from who we would expect, some of our very own have been constantly throwing him under the bus! He didn't stand a chance the min he was elected and Bush left him on a sinking ship! A lot of what's going on right now isn't even his fault but people are so quick to point the finger at the black man. I believe that's the only reason why he won in the first place, so they can say that the reason why this country failed is because of the first black president but some of us know better!     the only reason the republicans do not want extend the debt ceiling budget into 2013 is because they need a platform to for their 2012 election rhetoric. that is the main reason why they only want to give this issue a 6 month fix, without this ace in the hole, they really have no clear chance at regaining the white house.

    Why does everyone expect President Obama to wave his magic wand and fix everything that took years to brake?

    The Republicans want to do any and everything to avoid taxing the rich. The problem is that the rich also have enough money to hire people to lobby on their behalf whereas others don’t.

    People need to understand that you need to vote in all elections, not just the presidential elections. The main people that don’t vote are the ones who talk the most crap.

    I don't understand why Obama and his team mustered up this debt ceiling drama (could have quietly raised it enough for the current fiscal year when they did the budget stuff) if he wasn't going to take a decisive, assertive, kick-in-the-door, hostage type situation until a deal was made that actually CHANGED something in a way that would be beneficial to "the people" and "the market" vs. just prolonging the inevitable extension and rollover to the next term. If you have any doubt that Obama's Team - beautiful black family and all have the same agenda as Mitt Romney, etc. You're sadly naive.

    People are going to act a fool when the $ hits the fan but doesn't come back down.
