Troubled singer Rihanna premiered her music video for her 2nd single “U Da One” off her album, Talk That Talk. TTT has managed to sell only 320K units after 4 weeks on the charts, despite the fact that Rihanna has over 10 million followers on the social networking website Twitter.com.

The Melina-directed video is more of the same from Rihanna, slutty imagery juxtaposed with elementary lyrics backed by a simplistic track, and Rihanna’s dependency on pot (see screen grab above).

I don’t know if I’m tripping or what, but I remember seeing RhiRhiback in the day (when she first came out) on 106 & Park and she was a real thickums – like an oxtail away from going over the edge. She was shapely, but uncomfortably thick for her shape.

I love this song! The vid I can take or leave a bit boring but she looked GORG as always. Her dancing doesn’t bother me she is just doing her own thing and winding/grooving :dance1:

TTT has sold 1.3million ww including 370k in the US. Give it a rest Sandra! Rihanna is an international superstar and does not depend on the US for her sales unlike your other local R&B flops i.e Ciara, Chris Brown, Kelly Rowland and Beyonce.

The video is only but I would have preferred a storyline.
